It was my first time here as the Golden Dragon restaurant, my sister recommended it and I must say that the food is tasty and very fresh. I ordered the chicken fried rice and fried spare ribs, and both were great, and enough to feed 3 to 4 people. The main dishes are definitely generous portions. I ate 3 times off of those helpings. I am definitely a return customer now, and the service was awesome. It was so refreshing to find a place that appreciates their customers and shows it by greeting you with a welcome and a genuine smile, not being bothered by questions, saying thank you and offering suggestions from the menu when I wasn’t sure. And being told thank you for coming and to have a great day as I left. That is genuine service by people who care about what they do and who they serve. That exchange of politeness and care has won me over. Go see for yourself and enjoy a great meal at the same time. Enjoy

I so enjoy this Chinese place. The wings are super crispy, nice, and hot (no, not spicy). Their BBQ pork is delicious. It’s better than any other place I have eaten Chinese food at before in my area. The owners know what they are doing. Just a heads up, the owners have a very strong accent, so try not to get discouraged when speaking to them to place your order. The most fantastic thing about this food is that it’s made to order. It’s not just sitting under a heat lamp. This used to be a place to sit and eat, but now everything is to go.

Best Chinese food in Oxnard! This is one of those hidden gems that you really need to check out. The salt and pepper pork is SO good! Actually, everything is good. I believe this is a family run business. There’s the lady who takes your order, and then her son cooks in the back. They are both very nice. Check this place out, I think you’ll love it.

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken! Outstanding! Made to order. The chicken is crispy despite being in the sweet and sour sauce. The recipe is tangy and the portion generous. It was delicious. The restaurant was very clean inside. I’ve driven past this place thousands of times and never considered trying it until today. I’m glad I did.
