I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. The girl at the register who has been there for years has always been quite curt and unpleasant. Despite being a loyal customer for around 8 years and enjoying their Teriyaki Chicken, there has consistently been an issue with the lack of Teriyaki Sauce provided with the meals. To compensate, we would request an extra side of sauce with each order, but we were always informed that only one free side was allowed per meal, and a bowl of sauce would cost $2.50 plus tax.

If I could give this place a minus 0 I would. The girl at the counter was SUPER rude,she barely greeted us as we walked in. The food was AWEFUL,the meat was probably old,and the mac was very dried. But the worst part I would say is that it is very dirty,especially the soda machine. They should do some kind heath inspection on this place.

Gave 2 stars because it made my wife and I talk about how good Hawaiian food is. This, however, was not what were hoping for. Redeeming qualities were the teriyaki chicken and the macaroni. A dinner split for 2 with drinks was $30, a high price for how little or how sad a food we got. Not worth a visit

We tried this place for lunch and we were greeted right away, the person took our order. The food came out quickly. We both othered the Loco Moco, which tasted fantastic. Very large portions enough to share. The Macaroni salad was very delicious. You get two large hamburger patties and two fried eggs with Macaroni Salad. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. Cannot wait to return.

Amazing food! Haven’t had LauLau since I was last on the Island. Was very good! Kalua pork was very tasty! Katsu was crispy and yummy! Gotta have a spam mushubi also!!! Nice, and clean! We will be back!!!!!

Not worth it !I would give 0 stars if I could! I spent $20 on a BBQ mix it was trash. $20 for dried chicken and small scoop of rice and macaroni. HUGE disappointment. GO TO ONO HAWAIIAN BBQ INSTEAD! You get more for your money and better quality of food . I will not be returning.
