Celebrated 52nd wedding anniversary tonight. Drove 50 miles and must admit was very concerned when only 2 cars were in customer parking lot at 7 pm. One large family group and my wife and I were the only customers the entire hour we were there. However, the salad, entrees and service were excellent. We were surprised to learn that wine and cocktails were not available. Brown bag only. This may have been noted on the website, but I missed it if it was. The place is looking really run down. It’s been at least 40 years since I last dined here.

Terrible experience, the grilled shrimp was burnt as was the toast and you can get a bigger steak at the cracker barrel. When I pointed this out to the waitress she got rude. A second waitress did aquire us toast that was not burnt. Thank you to her. However, at check out our waitress charged us for it in addition to the burnt items (shrimp and toast) to burnt to eat. I paid and now I am off to find a real steak.

Went there for a late Valentines dinner with my wife. With kids activities and work sometimes our time takes weeks to get. We went expecting good food and good service only to get a young blonde waitress that doesn’t know the menu. We didn’t know there was specials until we heard others talking about it as we were leaving. Waited 2 hours for food I could’ve dove into a dumpster to get. The cook says he’s the best steak cook in Mississippi but clearly he’s never been to an actual steak house. And he also had trouble with us telling him his little girl friend waitress was no good. She would take 30 minutes to come back with refills. When we asked about how much longer in our food would be, she never came back until she brought the check. The food is so bad we’re bringing back the left overs to my Great Pyrenees, if she’ll eat it. The last picture is of his “great steak” in my dogs bowl.

We made reservations online, pretty simple. We were seated as soon as we got there no problem. Our server was very friendly. The ribeye was great, twice baked potatoes was divine. Cajun pasta was good but a bit “Cajun” as the name implies, maybe too spicy for some folks. Only complaint, may have been the salad, it was not good at all.

I showed up around 5:45 to the restaurant. I was seated maybe 5 minutes later. There is no hostess. Waitresses must split time between serving and greeting customers. Our waitress eventually came to our table to take our order. She then disappeared! By 7:25 she had not come back to our table. Not only that, she’d not been back to our side of the restaurant. Another server brought our appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip; terrible). Eventually we were told our food was in the window and they were waiting on salads. We told them we had no salads…and never got our food. At 7:30 we paid for our appetizer and left to go to a PROFESSIONAL restaurant for decent service.

We visited friends here, who highly recommended this restaurant. The servers were very good and the food was good as well.. But… we waited over an hour for the food to arrive – and there were not many folks in the restaurant when we arrived at 5pm, nor when we departed around 8pm. I received a text from American Express notifying me my credit card had been charged twice in the amount of $94.91. That is a pending charge and I expect it to be reversed within a few days. I gave a ‘2’ star rating because the servers were attentive during the long wait for our dinner.

Fortnite Daily Clips
I arrived at 730 pm and it is currently 850 pm and I have still not received my steak yet. This is utterly ridiculous. Do not recommend this place at all. Not worth the wait. Go a couple more miles down the road and eat at ole hickory.

We thought this would be a great place for a family outing. Our waitress was a young blond and couldn’t handle servicing a group of people. We waited so long just to get a soda which was flat. She brought out a pitcher of coke which was better than the coke’s we received in our glass. It was a long wait for our appetizers but it was delicious. The vegetables were dry. I ordered grilled salmon which was quite tasty but when I got to almost the last of it I found 4 bones!! I complained to the waitress. She wanted to see the bones so I gave her my plate and she said she would take the charge off the bill. Another lady came out, she didn’t identify herself but she told me she would only take a percentage off because half the salmon was gone. I explained when I found the bones gathered together I stop eating. I had nothing to do with where the bones were. She was not friendly nor did she apologize!!!
