I wish I could give 0. I will be contacting the health dept also. Par cooked chicken just sitting out and looked nasty. Lucky no one has gotten food poisoning or maybe they have. No gloves being used at all. So all raw food is being touched with cooked food. I don’t know why anyone would order from here when there are so many other places. I will never order food from here unless you want to take a chance on getting sick.

Placed an order to be delivered at particular time when guests arrived, they delivered 45 minutes earlier than stated. Also asked for sauce on side (for child) so noodles plain with shrimp lo mein on side. Didn’t receive the shrimp lo mein at all. Asked for fortune cookies, received none. Won’t be ordering here again because nothing was followed according to request. Kicker was meals were pricey and they were given a more than 20 percent tip. Not happy customer for sure. When asked why delivery so early, was told they get busy at times so wanted to get food done early. Poor customer service

I highly recommend no one orders from here because I found a staple in my food. My food was delivered via Doordash. However, after taking a few bites of my food, I found a staple and stopped eating the food immediately. Doordash asked if I went to the hospital but luckily I didn’t because I found something shiny in my food before I took another bite. It happened to be a staple so please do not order from here! I believe the food from here is unsafe to consume.

I recommend you go to a different Chinese restaurant. I specified a seafood allergy and they still gave me food with my allergen in it so i wasn’t able to eat it. Paid over 4 dollars for a 2 liter and only got a 12 oz can. Sesame chicken was undercooked and covered with so much undercooked doughy wet breading. Paid almost 70 dollars to throw half of it in the garbage. And they refused to even give me any refund whatsoever even a partial refund would have been more than enough. Garlic broccoli was overcooked and yellowish and clearly expired. horrible experience

I ordered pork fried rice with chicken wings not half pork fried rice with wingettes if I knew was getting that I would not have placed an order. They charged me for someone else’s order never go there its a rip off then when I called there was an attitude.

Terrible! Do not go here if you have food allergies because the guy told me he was remaking my food to my liking after he was told on the phone what i wanted! When i got there the order was wrong! He tells me its remade i smell it and inspect it it wasnt remade it was reheated and had the food i didnt want picked out! Im allergic to chilis and green peppers! Good thing i checked and demanded my money back! The.chicken wings and chicken fried rice looks like i have burnt rice and less than 4 wings cut up! Never again! Schenectady has the worst food places in the capital district!
