The two females that work here are not friendly at all. One was Disputing with the customer over which piece of oxtail is big or not asking in a nasty tone…do u want this piece ??? If your establishment can’t afford oxtails where you can serve an reasonable amount so customers can also feel they have gotten there money worth for the meal. My advice Do not sell OXTAILS. Especially if you have to monitor how many pieces for the overpriced Dinner. I ordered some Patty’s they were stale. And cold. Not hot at all. Waste of money. Food in the garbage. Couldn’t risk getting Sick. Maybe the reason why they were stale because of them being so highly price at. What can you expect this is the Bronx. And every establishment has to blame the pandemic. Never will come back here again.

I ordered jerk chicken, they called me because they didn’t offer it on this day. I changed my order to brown stew chicken. they gave me a lot of bones, no meat.

My wife visited yesterday and picked me up a sliced king fish with rice and peas, and steamed vegetables. It was great, good proportions, delicious. Things have definitely improved since my last review about two years ago. I think this is the best Golden Krust in the Bronx, featuring a most jovially pleasant staff, especially a young lady named Sanya. Check it out for yourselves, great food, courteous staff and service with humor and a smile.

The food quality at all of the Golden Crust restaurants in NY seemed to go down over the past 5 years. All of the females these restaurants seem to have an attitude while serving you.

I haven’t been there in years and I recently went there about 2 weeks ago and I got charged $7 and some change that was nearly $8 for a pack of Coco bread that only brings 4 of them which I think is way too much for a pack of 4

I love the patties here. What i cannnot deal with IS how slow the employees are. There are days where I’m waiting outside for 30mins to ORDER. Some days i literally walk away because I’m tired of waiting.

If I could give NO STARS I would. I called this evening 5pm 4/13/20. Spoke to a young lady who refused to provide her name. She was very NASTY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL when giving responses to my questions about ordering. When asking questions about your menu she appeared extremely un knowledgeable about your menu with Postmates or . Large orders period. when I asked to speak to a manager or for the managers name she refused to give me the information so that I could call back. To think that I was attempting to place a large order for my employees to be met with such attitude and poor customer service. Completely disgusted!

The food is the same as any other Golden Krust location. The customer service has a lot of room for improvement. There’s usually a long wait time even when there’s more than one employee behind the counter. I recommend the spinach patty.
