Food is good but the customer service is horrible. The woman working today with red braids had a TERRIBLE attitude and was rude to my family. There’s too many Caribbean options around this area for you to have a RUDE person serving you food and charging you out. She seemed upset that we were getting food and that she had to help us. Terrible attitude. Unacceptable.

For the price I paid for curry goat, I expected the food to be good. I think it’s THIS location bc I never had a problem with others. I got a lot of fat instead of goat. The rice was very dry, it tastes like it was days old, same with the Plaintains. Won’t be spending my money here again.

Food Always Delicious but I feel like when the older lady is at the location not sure if she is the manager everything is on point….But I had a Bad experience on yesterday went to purchase some food but they was Out of Beef patties only had Veggie/ Spinach. ♀️Also Out of Stew Chicken/Oxytails. Wasn’t a Good Experience… You should have put up a sign saying (((((Close…))) other customers left like I did… Make sure u have food to last until closing.. u all been in business to long running out of food….

First here, and Cleopatra was an outstanding attitude and customer service experience. The food was really good! Wasn’t too salty. We got the local drinks, pineapple and carrot juice, Those were also delicious! Thank you Cleo!

I visited this location the other day and was very disappointed. I ordered the oxtail meal like I had at this location and many others in the past. I asked for no cabbage, white rice and plantains which were all fine. However for $24 I received a small portion of actual oxtail. I asked the cashier if the serving was correct and she stated that the meal only came with 4 pieces. In all my years I have never known them to count the pieces. You can even see based on other pictures on their reviews thar was not the case. I understand that times are hard and inflation is effecting everyone but there is nothing about this meal that warrants $24. I will not be coming back to this location.

I came by one of my favorite places for lunch. My sister is visiting from out of town and wanted some dumplings. What better place than Golden Crust. Our service was phenomenal thanks to Shauel who went above and beyond in impeccable customer service. I will for sure be back to visit this wonderful restaurant where you are treated like family

Just left the GK Austell location where I was charged $12 for a small veggie plate, which only consisted of rice/peas and cabbage <~ TWO VEGGIES! The other three decent options for veggies ~> yams, greens or Mac/cheese were all upcharges! After I left, I called the Kennesaw location and their veggie plate is $8.59. When I called Austell to ask why, Cleo told me that their small veggie plate is 7.99, and yet I was charged $12. When I told her I was overcharged and paid $12 for two things, she proceeded to tell me “everything has gone up”. I told her I was OVERCHARGED and she proceeded…”like I said, everything has gone up!” No apology, no “Come back and we’ll give you back the difference…” Cleo told ME to call back Monday to speak with the manager! Seriously? GK Austell stop overcharging your customers…we are all suffering from higher prices but being overcharged a large for a small is WRONG! Kennesaw has better food anyway!

I wish I could give them a negative zero. The food was horrible. I spent $60 on some very unseasoned Jamaican food. I called them and spoke with the supervisor and told her my complaint. She took my number and name stated she would call me back and never did. I have ate there before and never had an issue. This particular time everything was very very bland!!!!! No taste no nothing. Will never get my business again.
