Good customer service, friendly staff, and good food. They have great vegan, vegetarian dishes as well. Placed an online order. Arrived to pick it up, and it turns out they don’t have a single item I ordered. Failes to call the number on the order or leave a message. Couldn’t even refund me the money because a manager wasn’t available. Have to go back the next day to even discuss getting money back! Stole my money! It is an absolutely horrible place and essentially a scam.

Horrible service and staff at this location. Apparently didn’t have any beef patties whatsoever and failed to call to let me know after my order was placed. And also couldn’t refund my money right then and there. Need to train staff on how to do refunds and not make someone come back when the managers there.

Such a bad app, there is no order cancellation, it doesn’t show you the nearest store. I had to call in to cancel my order. Cherry on the top, they asked me to come in person to take the refund in cash ! I am never going back to golden Krurst again !

I’m usually satisfied, with the service. However, today the person that helped me, was not the nicest. I’m not sure as to why, seeing as how I’m a pretty friendly person. They seemed to have an attitude, any time I spoke. They were not patient at all. I only ordered like 3 things, nothing complicated at all. I’m taking off two stars, because of how rude this person was. Other than that, my food was delicious.

The food is decent and the pricing is good as well.. but some of the food servers could use an attitude adjustment. They act as if they are forced to be there and as if you did something to them. Not all the servers are this way, but 1 or 2 of them need to be put into early retirement.
