Wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be but the foods cooked fresh to order it wasn’t a long wait time and the service was good

Tables sticky with residue some others have been eating earlier in the week. Over-stuffed oyster po-boy an absolute joke. See pics. Great plaveif you desire 2 eggs rolls for a dollar each…but as far as real food human beings eat, better to take a pass. Horrible – simply horrible.

I don’t know where to start. We ordered the 4 catfish strips and 3 jumbo shrimp for $7.99 and the picture is what we received. It tasted like it was cooked in old cooking oil. The strips were about 3/4 inch wide, very small maybe pinky finger sized. And the “salad” was just lettuce with a few pieces of carrots.

Yum! We got the roast beef poboy, chicken strip poboy, and shrimp dinner…all came with massive amount of fries. We couldn’t eat it all! The bread in the poboys was way softer than most and huge! Loved ur food

Yesterday was my first time at Golden pier seafood. I had the jumbo boiled shrimp with corn on the cob and red potatoes. I asked the lady to make it spicy for me and it was excellent! I had ordered the medium sized portion and it was definitely more than I could eat; had a second meal later that evening and it was just as delicious! As I’ve gotten older, things just don’t taste the same, certainly not as I remember them tasting. But the shrimp, certainly awakened my taste buds and I was flooded with memories of years of good spicy boiled shrimp! Prices are very good also!
