I had the orange chicken and crab Rangoon. It isn’t your typical Chinese takeout. When you walk in you may think so, but the food is definitely above the normal Chinese takeout. It was crispy and the sauce was great. The crab rangoon were huge and had a lot of filling. I will be back for sure.

Best Chinese food for a great price at that! They are under new management so they moved towards thier more Authentic Chinese roots in the cooking. The previous owner had a big glass window so customers could see what was going on back in the kitchen – made me feel comfortable. The new owner decided to cover the window – makes me suspicious. The new owner doesn’t want customers to see the kitchen area. I wonder why? I don’t like it!!!

I think it’s safe to say that Golden Star is my favorite Chinese Restaurant, considering I order from them atleast Once a week. Their General Tso’s Lunch Special is amazing with tons of flavor, and great portions for the price. I also recommend you get the side of the chili to mix in as well if you like a good kick of heat! I’ll definitely be in for more!
