Staying in Sequim for a vacation, happened across this place for dinner. My partner and I can’t believe that this place was empty because the food was so good, and huge portions. Decided to get the combination meal because getting soup, spring roll, 2 crab rangoons, and fried rice along with the meal made this a steal. Very flavorful, and nice staff.

Excellent and prompt customer service. Very clean and quiet establishment. Quite an extensive menu of amazing dishes. I try to grab some takeout from there at least once a week. I recommend the House Fried Rice.

The food was good. Very standard Americanized Chinese food, but it hit the spot! We were in for lunch and it was very dead inside. My partner is vegan, so it is always nice in smaller towns to find places with options for him.

Even though the default recipes are Americanized Chinese food, the kitchen is able to make dishes in the authentic flavor profiles preferred by Chinese people. Just explicitly make the request when ordering. Portions are generous, also.

We were really surprised to find such good Chinese food in little Sequim. Excellent service and one of the best Chinese food meals we’ve had in a long time. Family owned restaurant it seems- young man helping us was really hard working and professional. Will definitely stop by again next time we come through! Delicious! Egg flower and wonton soup was great!!

Decent American Chinese food, HUGE portions, ample and clean space, safe parking, nice staff. Didn’t fancy the lomein, way too Americanized, but the broad rice noodles was decent.

Some of the most delicious chinese food we’ve ever had! Veggies, shrimp, fried rice just so fresh and plated as a treat for the eyes too. Friendly, quick service. No complaints here! Had to order extra to take home

Had a really enjoyable lunch At the Golden Star. We had previously tried the Foertune Star and was sadly disappointed by their food. The Golden Star was excellent in taste. They used to have a more affordable lunch menu. When I asked for the lunch menu they said the dinner menu was also the lunch. So lunch was about $6 more than what it used to be. But the taste and the service was great. Had enough to take home for a small dinner that night. Yes, we will go back again. Wish they has sesame chicken and lemon chicken on their menu though.
