Delicious house made noodles with a nice view of Green Street for people watching. The restaurant itself is fairly casual and sparsely decorated but clean. You order from a digital menu which consists of a range of mainly noodle dishes and rice bowls. I had the braised beef noodle soup with egg noodles and found it delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and springy, and paired well with the rich, flavorful broth and well spiced (although somewhat dry) meat). The portion was huge (for my appetite at least, I say others devour the same dish) and left plenty of leftovers. I do wish it came with a few more toppings to balance out the heaps of noodles.

Solid authentic Chinese fast food option. Food is fresh and cooked well. Portions are large and about what you’d expect to get for the price. Atmosphere is like a cafe and less like a restaurant. The menu on the wall is only in chinese though.

Long wait time not good option if you’re in a rush. Noodles were okay but not super great there are better authentic Chinese restaurants on campus. Staff was very condescending in a rude way toward me it was obvious they didn’t want me inside their restaurant and I didn’t feel welcome. Perhaps the reason for this treatment was due to the fact that I’m not a Chinese student. If you’re a Chinese student perhaps you’ll receive much better treatment or maybe they just treat all customers in that regard (but I’d sure hope not.) Anyway overall based off my experience I wouldn’t necessarily recommend there are some other really great Chinese restaurants within a .5 mile radius. Although you could tell they try to recreate the Chinese experience as if you’re inside a restaurant in Beijing and their menu is written in mandarin which is a really nice touch so I give them props for that.

Food isn’t fresh…… radish isn’t chewable. I doubt the food safety issue. just don’t come, there are tons of other Chinese restaurants here.

Ordered a rice noodle and found a small fly and sticky yellow stuff on the squid. The waitress said it’s inevitable without any apology. Great place to come if u want to ruin the rest of ur day.

Worst Chinese food( infact worst food) we have ever tasted in our lives. Waste of money, time and Monday night dinner with my family. It was a bowl of bad quality rice, topped with 4/5 tiny pieces of dry, smudged, mushy beef, mushy sliced tomatoes, sour mashed pickles, boiled buk choy and old hard boiled horrible egg that was totally inedible! I would never recommend anyone to try their so called horrible Chinese food! and their was a bowl of hot water sprinkled with few pieces of green onion mentioned as

Definitely recommend that you order ahead and expect to wait a while if it gets busy. When I went, there were only two people taking orders and preping the food. It took about 45 mins for 8 orders to come out. The owners don’t speak English at all but will understand you if you point though.

My dad and I were in town shopping for Christmas gifts while I looked up somewhere to eat. Easy to find. Staff is incredibly friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. I got the Tomato Noodle with beef slices, my dad got the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town.
