Today my order from the Central ave location totaled $54.00 order wings fries & tenders imagine my surprise when I took the bread off the tenders, why whole wheat bread was included have no idea & when I called back they state they don’t put bread on chicken there was mold on the bread not grease but mold as the bottom of the container was a little greasy. Called back & off. Purse they will defend the bread just purchase had a 6/2 expiration I’m sorry about that they say there was one piece that was not affected by the moldy bread. I was asked if I could bring it back what’s the purpose of ordering if I can come to the location. It’s best you pick up your food & view prior to leaving the establishment

This is a 3.5 star rating with great room for improvement. Was looking for a local go-to spot and came across this place per the ratings. Ordered the chicken over rice. It was good, but not great. Sadly, the food was drenched in white sauce. Not the NYC halal boys sauce I’m used to. But can always be customized. The chicken was just a little too salty for me as well. Perhaps add fresher spices to bring out the natural flavors of the meat, rather than salt? Something small was off about it. I paired the food with fresh avocado to lighten up the heaviness of the sauce and salt, since the fresh salad was drowning. Definitely a potential spot to frequent. I will certainly return to try their other dishes and report back. Certainly a friendly, local spot.

You really have to watch your transactions here, I ordered 6 wings & coleslaw for someone else then asks for my receipt, I was charged $9.50, he said I will give it to you when order is ready, looked at it when I got home & saw I was charged more than receipt, It’s change but that adds up as well, If they cheat enough people it adds up to a wealthy profit, but the wings are good & always fresh, However I don’t do business with people I can’t trust & must talk about it on social media

I highly recommend the mix gyro platter.Fresh and nice size portions. Fried whiting and wings are good. Must try the desserts. I’ve had the banana pudding so far and it was delicious, vanilla wafer friendly and smooth texture. Taste it for yourself won’t be disappointed.

Im a regular because the food comes hot and fresh. Im in a motorized chair central ave restaurant they are very helpful with getting in and out. Please let me not forget to mention they have good desserts. The only thing that can be better is they need a diet drink opinion for customers.
