I made a purchase of the 12 piece winger meal with sweet potato fries and 12 piece boneless with sweet potato fries and I was given two 12 piece boneless and this was at 8:40PM and by the time I got home they were closed but John the AM was kind enough to speak with me. He refused to refund my money due to their error,he refused to drop it by my house and I would give him the wrong order back,he stated that I would have to return the full meal and bring the receipt which means I would not have dinner, I asked him to let me take a picture of both plates and he could just refund the difference for the error he refused,I am well aware that Goldfingers is privately owned and asked for the owner’s number to contact him but he refused I feel that most of the time this business does a Great job 80% of the time but when they make a mistake they have to correct the error by making the customer happy .I have ate at this location for over the last ten years and every four to six months I have a bad experience and now I am fed up because it is not my fault when the employee gives me the wrong food. In this day and age customer service is a very important aspect of business and it is important that the customer is heard and provided a refund of the difference provide the correct order.

My honest review here for this location. My food was actually good and hot. Came out in a timely manner and the sweet tea was delicious. I have the 6pc lemon pepper combo and tried 10pn boneless wing(honey mustard)

The food is actually ok (though greasy). My problem is actually with the manager on duty who thought it was a good idea to racially profile their customers. I am a proud citizen of the Great Chickasaw Nation and I don’t take to kindly to being asked if I’m an “Indian”. Then I was treated like some kind of novelty. On top of being charged $13 for an 8 piece of boneless wings. Horrible experience that made me extremely uncomfortable and I will not ever step foot in this establishment again. As I’ve mentioned this was all courtesy of the MANAGER too.

Treated my dear mom to a late lunch something told me to go to our favorite Westgate location, but we’d just left Southeast Health. her lemon pepper wings had soooo much oil in them all her fries were completely soaked and soggy, I ordered a brownie, it was hard and ice cold never cheating on my Westgate location again

Don’t be fooled about the large size of their wraps, they are mostly lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese. They menu says it contains two chicken tenders but unless their chicken tenders are the size of nuggets there’s no way two tenders were in that lettuce wrap. Not worth $7 and given that they were comfortable serving that tells me all I need to know about their food/customer service so I definitely will not be returning.

These people can’t never get my order right!! I go by and grab something and distinctively tell them I want honeymustard with my tenders ketchup with fries and evidently they can’t comprehend English because I get their nasty house sauce which is disgusting and watery barbecue sauce never the right sauces. Don’t eat at this place cause the employees are high school drop outs that can’t read or follow instructions!! A waste of space! And no handwashing going on in the whole raggedy place!

They just dont cook your wings the way you order them. Also, the wings are not “wingettes” they are very big…would not recommend if lookin for some good savory real wingettes!!

Between Goldfingers and Southeast Health’s cook in the cafeteria, I believe it’s a toss up. “Miss”…….., almost makes the best chickens strips as opposed to Goldfingers. And, the beautiful cafeteria is designed just like Mayo’s in Jacksonville, Fla. Keep the cook Southeast Health!
