I was expecting more by the looks of the truck. Horchata looked watered down and it was. The birra burritos barely had meat or cilantro. The consome was the only thing with flavor. And the wait time was long for being the only one there.

Very good quesabirrias and consume. The carne asada was pretty good. The size quality on burrito supreme at taco trucks went down. They’re the size of chimichangas. I could have ate a second burrito and both burritos would have came close to the size of one burrito, from how it was used to be.

The birria was not good at all. The portions are small and the wait time was long. Took us about 45 minutes to get our food. A couple in front of us said they had been waiting over an hour. They had to ask for their food to go last minute. The birrias flavor was not worth the wait. Yes the tortillas were the best part of the meal but I can make those at home any day. My point is if I can make better birria than this place then I’m better off making my own birria. This place was a waste of time.

Terrible wait time 45 minutes how is it not ready. There was only 7 people ahead of me. Get more workers or stop making fresh tortillas everyone would like to eat within 15 minites of ordering their food.

We ordered our food to go. It was good the only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because for the price of the plate it was only filled 3/4 of the way. I feel if I would have eaten there I would have gotten the full amount.
