Ordered to go which went easily and the pickup window was convenient. Tried the mild wings, barely spicy with garlic, very good flavor and cooked well. The side salad was fresh and the Italian dressing was good. The star was the pizza fries which could be an appetizer for an entire table, the picture is after I ate as much as I wanted. Overall, good was great and looking forward to indoor dining.

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner! Our food was beautiful and delicious! We had the chicken parmigiana and lemon chicken pasta. The service we got from Julie was phenomenal! We ordered two pieces of the chocolate spoon fudge cake and it was amazing! I got the mushroom soup instead of a salad and it totally filled me up so they plated my food to go. Super pleasant experience all around. The owner came to talk to us and he is really humble and nice. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back! I can’t wait to eat here again!

Excellent service, amazing food and relaxed environment. My husband and I were traveling to Wilmington, NC and decided to stop in at Gondola Italian Restaurant. The hostess was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Erika, our waitress, was very attentive, knowledgeable about the food options and had a very pleasant personality. The food exceeded our expectations. The bread was fresh and paired well with the seasoned dipping oil. My husband loves Italian food. He ordered the Chicken Parmesan (served with a side salad and a large side of spaghetti).He enjoyed the house dressing. He absolutely loved it. I ordered the Caribbean Salad With Chicken. All ingredients in the salad were very healthy and fresh. The Caribbean Salad With Chicken was so fresh and well put together that I did not even use the dressing. The marinated grilled chicken was excellent. The portions are over generous so be prepared and ask for a box. My husband also ordered the homemade cheesecake and it was delicious. See the attached photos of our entrees. The restaurant was very clean and the prices are beyond reasonable. Overall, our experience was five stars and exceeded both of our expectations. We will keep this hidden gem in mind while traveling in the future.

The best food ever. Delicious homemade bread with an accompaniment of olive oil and a unique blend of herbs. The pizza crust if perfectly light and crispy yet able to support the ample toppings. Super large piece of lasagne with a copious amount of slow cooked sauce. You won’t regret your trip in to this restaurant!

We must have caught them on an (way) off-day. 30 minutes for salads and drinks, an hour & 15 minutes for three plates of spaghetti, one prepared wrong. The correct replacement was out in minutes. (Go figure.). Took 10 minutes to pay for the meal because they couldn’t find the ticket.

My husband and I came here while in town for our honeymoon and this restaurant was the most recommended out of the other Italian ones in town. The salad was fantastic and I ended up getting a 2nd. I usually like zesty Italian dressing but I believe their’s was housemade and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The portions were a bit weird though. I got the cheese ravioli and it came with about 5 raviolis and tomato sauce. That was great but compared to my husband’s chicken Parmigiano, it was small. His came with 2 big breasts and a full serving of spaghetti. It could’ve fed 3 people maximum rather than one adult. Other than that, the place and atmosphere was great and if we were locals, we’d return.
