I’ve always passed by Gondolier in favor of what I have assumed is better food but this place is surprisingly good with solid pizza, good gyros, and above average pasta. The antipasto salad is massive for $10. Puts all these other restaurants with their $8 side salads to shame. The wings are great they may have the best lemon pepper wings anywhere. I will definitely be returning

Always consistent with really good food at a fair price. Staff is always friendly and enough variety to keep the whole family happy. The BoGo Pizzas are a great deal and are better than your normal pizza places. Gyros are always on point as well.

Almost a 3 star review. Incredibly friendly staff saved it a bit. Ordered the lasagna and it was horrid. Calzone was yummy and well made. Greek salad was odd but acceptable. The kalamata olives were not fresh tasting, they do not have a Greek vinaigrette, the size of the green peppers, and cucumbers were too large to manage with out a knife.

Horrible pizza. No sauce on it and cheese was all on the one side almost half of the pizza had toppings no sauce. Then they chose our free pizza for us. Also some toppings were beginning to burn on one.This is not customer service or even decent pizza . Someone threw it together not caring what they serve. Anyone that enjoys good pizza should probably not go here. The manager was full of excuses not helpful or did she listen.

I have ordered pizza for years from Gondalier in Cartersville. In the past 3 to 6 months the pizza quality has gone down. They barely put cheese on the pizza compared to before. Even when I order extra cheese it’s not even as much as the regular cheese amount in the past. Despite that I think there pizza’s are better than most. The staff is very friendly and do a good job.

The worst family outing I have had in a long time. The employees are rude, and snappy. The food was ok, at best. The service was almost none. There was hair on a dirty plate given to us to eat off of. The bad part was the openly admitting that they are intentionally over charging the dine in customer. The remodeling improved the look, but seems to have declined every other part of the dinning experience. My family and I will not be visiting again.

Came here to eat dinner walked in completely different then the one we are used to in Tennessee. We were standing for 5 mins no one came to greet us so had to ask if we need to seat ourselves we had to order at the cashier. Food was not great spaghetti was watery just overall not a good experience

Had the stuffed manicotti. Many faults first being they used a lasagna noodle to roll up into the shape of a manicotti second I sure hope you like garlic. That was the only flavor this dish had. Even 1/2 as much would be 2 times to much third. My girlfriend order a chicken parmesan sandwich. Brought her a meatball sub. I think. Had to remake her order. Over all score is a D- and that’s only because it was mostly clean suggest only eat here if your starving. Just my opinion
