Gongura pickle (gongura pacchadi) is one of our all-time craveable favorites—made with Roselle leaves (gongura in the Telugu language) and lots of Indian spices. We’ve grown gongura for years here in Missouri and made the pickle for ourselves, with the recipe and the assistance of our friends from Hyderabad.

We’re excited to share our favorite Indian dishes—featuring locally grown and organic ingredients, along with ancient health-focused Indian spices and ingredients—with our friends in Southeast Missouri and the surrounding areas.
