Wonderful experience start to finish attentive friendly gal on phone… explained everything made suggestions was amazing… driver called to confirm address introduce himself and tell me he’d be there in about 20 minutes… he was there in 10 and so friendly… best part FOOD IS AMAZING thank you.

Good fortune carry o East Monument Street is not customer friendly. Call for yourself! The women/girl who answers the phone to take orders is the most rudest, nastiest, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. She talks to BLACKS like trash and the delivery driver is not respectful either. They believe we’re to purchase from their business line like we need them and they don’t need our service. I wouldn’t recommend no one to purchase from that location.

This place is so dirty, I got chicken and cheese fish sub, the chicken was bloody and the fish smelled like raw fish. I don’t eat from Chinese ppl so I blame myself because I know better. They need to be shut down

Well we’ll well. Where do I start. first I would like to say that I didn’t know that yakme noodles was that expensive. It used to be a cheap meal, not anymore I paid $10 for a large. Last year it was like $6 and some change. That’s a big increase within a year’s time. But any the food was good ,but I’ve had better. Probably wouldn’t go there again. Mainly because the price is too high. It’s a lot of Chinese food spots so I’m pretty sure I’ll find a more reasonable place to spend my money. But thanks again for catering to my family. I order a bourbon chicken with white rice and a shrimp yat 2 egg rolls 2 half and halfs. First off my order came 2 hours after ordered an store closed. The tea was watered down didnt taste at all good. Bourbon chicken didnt taste,smell, or look like bourbon chicken. It look like ketchup an chicken. Smh very disappointed with the whole order. Ordered food and it never came. I then called and spoke to the lady working who was very argumentative and rude just disrespectful. She accused me of being wrong and that they did no wrong but i never got my food or a phone call after waiting 2 hrs. HORRIBLE customer service!!! What happened to the customer is right?
