I would have given 0 stars if possible but it won’t allow less than a 1 star rating. I called ahead and ordered at 6 pm tonight. They never gave me a time when the food would be ready. They never asked for a name or phone number. I got there within 20 minutes. I waited patiently until 630 when I went to the counter to ask if I could please check if it would be much longer. I was told just a little longer. I had to run outside quick to check on my 11 year old child in the car as I left him there with instructions to please stay in the car as I thought I would be able to run in quick. I was outside for a little over a minute. I went back inside and waited until 650. I went back up to the counter and asked again if I could please check on my food as I ordered at 6 pm. He then told me he called to say the food was ready awhile ago. I checked my phone and there were no calls from anyone within the last hour other than my call to order the food. I took the food home. When we got home it was cold and hard. We tried to reheat it and it was terrible. It was a waste of $42.79. I will never go back there again. I normally give very positive reviews and this is my first bad review on this platform.

GREAT CHINESE RESTAURANT! As a matter of fact, I eat here at least every week!! I feel the food is excellent, at a good price! The General Tso chicken is outstanding!! I always get my order quickly, even during dinner time! I’d strongly advise people to disregard haters like Josh Buck’s response below! He’s one of those people that cry about everything! BTW Josh…I certainly DO have taste buds, and they love Good Friend Chinese restaurant!

Nice place, clean, & employee’s are nice. This is a great place. Food was great and it was made quickly. The take out containers are nice and sturdy. They have a variety of sauces that you can choose from. They also have chopsticks available if you ask them. Other than that they have regular disposable forks,spoons, and knives out for you to grab after your order is made. They have heavy accents so you have to listen closely.

Great food, business is owned by an Asian family so there’s a bit of a language barrier but their food is always great. If your leaving a bad review because the cashier doesn’t speak much English you need to get a better grasp on the idea that it’s a free country. You don’t have to eat their if you don’t like it, but I don’t mind. Sure I might have to repeat myself a time or two, but the food is delicious, their fast and the pricing is good.

The food is very good and inconsistent. The place is clean. Easy ordering a menu sheet by circling what you want. Cook’s look at you and say hi. The atmosphere is plain. But you just go there ordwr your food, eat it there or take it home. The prices are competitive. I’ve never had a bad experience that I’ve been going there for years. Just keep in mind you’re not going there for the entertainment LOL you going there to get good food. That’s it. It’s no different at McDonald’s. Do not complain about the plain atmosphere. Lol ..
