I went to this location to pick up qnd order for delivery and stood at the window for 8 minutes while multiple employees passed by and looked at me. None of them opened the window to greet or ask if I needed to pick up an order. When the order was complete, the guy tossed the bag outside the window and amped the window shut. Very disrespectful to delivery drivers. Will not accept order from this location again. Hire and train better employees.

Yeah definitely not coming back. This location is run by panicking teenagers that are overwhelmed by too many orders. They seemingly have little problem solving skills and you will more likely than not receive bad service. I was told to wait for my last item on my order, waited 20 minutes and while I waited they used all of the supply of ingredients for my order…. to make other orders. After that, the staff just exasperatedly offered a different item trying to rush me away and I said no thank you, so the employee SCREAMED at the manager on duty “THEY WANNA TALK TO YOU!!!” Even though I never asked for a manager. This one particular staff member needs to take a deep breath and maybe consider stop screaming at their coworkers and still treat people like they’re people. Also your management should be aware, it is against health codes to keep your ice cream scoops in standing water that is so full of dairy, you can’t see the scoops through it. That practice really really should be remedied before the health inspector stops by for their annual inspection.

Went to get food for dinner for me, my wife, and the kids stood at window for 5 minutes and were not helped. We had to get back in car and go to drive thru. Once we placed our order in drive-thru we had it repeated back to us, then we were told they forgot how many Bambino burgers we asked for, so we had to repeat it to them again. When we got to the window to pay they asked if we would like a drink carrier multiple times because he would go to take more orders as we responded. We received wrong drinks, a couple of the burgers we ordered were undercooked and pink inside, and the fries were cold and soggy. I am very disappointed with how this visit was because we love having food from there. I am starting to doubt that we will be going back to this location. I hope that this was just a fluke and that it was all due to new untrained employees.

Ordered 2 of the most disgusting spoonbenders from this location. Idk what they did. It tasted like fluff. My Good Times was closed and I’ll never make the mistake of going back to this location again. The food was fine so my 2 stars is for that. The line was ridiculous and moved super slow. Dude at the window tried to charge me $12 for my $50 order. The dumbest people work here.
