Good spot for a quick lunch. Can be busy at times, but online ordering and delivery are options if you’re in a super hurry. They have a set menu with different daily specials. Staff has always been friendly to me.

I rarely spend time to write reviews, but I read them constantly. This place is worth my time to add my review. I’ve had 3 different torches from here and they were all excellent. Great, unique flavors every time! And, the staff is wonderful too. The last time I was in, my ticket didn’t print for some reason. But as soon as they noticed that I was still waiting, they rushed my sandwich out to me and offered a free container of hummus for the trouble, completely unprompted by me. I declined, but I appreciated the offer. Seriously, not only is the food wonderful here, but it is definitely a place that deserves the success!

Found this little shop while floating through downtown Midland while my mother was in the hospital. I have never had a torch before nor did I even know what one was, but they are fabulous. This little shop is perfect downtown people/food. We enjoyed it so much we came back a couple days later for more.

Visiting Midland for the weekend and happened to notice this small place had a 4.9 average review on Maps. So good! Definitely deserves the high ratings. I had the Brooklyn torch which is corned beef and coleslaw wrapped in a naan. Delicious fillings and a selection of original hot sauces. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.

I’ve had a lot of good food here, and a couple times where it just wasn’t. Sauces and items were missing from the Torch, and didn’t know until I got back to work. I will definitely go back again. The menu is very unique, especially if you’re a sushi fan.

The torches were excellent. We got two and cut them in half to share. There was so much meat in them that my daughter and I couldn’t finish the two we got. The bread they make to roll them in is excellent! The staff are very friendly. They have tables so you can eat in or carry out.

I ordered the chili today and the Torch wrap. All I have to say is. OmG!!!!!!! The. Chili was so sweet and tasty I wish I would have gotten more of it! The torch was delicious as well. The mustard and mayo were just the right touch and was so delicious. Definitely will be getting again!!!
