Order is almost always right. Sometimes the service isn’t great but I don’t hold it against them. I tend to show up close to closing time so I’m a bad customer, lol. It looks great in there since the remodel. My most recent visit the service and food were great!

Ordered two sub trays ($130) for a party and Mr. GoodCents did a fantastic job! Plenty of sides and everything was fresh and tasty. Note the photo was after the first tray was almost gone but you get the idea, a big hit and everyone found something they liked.

Go in and tell them Jimmy Foureyes sent you. I’m not saying you’ll get anything other than maybe a strange look or a laugh, but you can have a human experience with the staff unlike most places these days. And they don’t just throw your food together. Everything is fresh, the food is good and the place is kept clean. How many “fast food” places can you say that about?

My girlfriend tried to place an order for a party sub The online system allowed her to place the order for today. So the shop called us and said that they couldn’t make the party sub without a 24-hour notice because they’d have to prep all the containers for all the sides and so on and so forth whatever ridiculous excuses that they gave us. So she then proceeded to ask them what would be different if we just asked you to make 10 sandwiches. They then proceeded to say well there is no difference but we couldn’t do it. So we’re entirely satisfied with the fact that we had to go with a different company because I’m going to tell you right now Jimmy John’s was the best choice we ever made for the 10 sandwiches that we needed for our workers today so thank you good cents for not being able to satisfy your customers needs

This was my first time visiting a “Goodcents.” The staff was friendly and helpful. The sandwich and it’s ingredients were very fresh and made/sliced to order as I looked on. My only negative is the bread. I prefer a denser, thicker bread. It wasn’t bad, it’s just my personal preference. I’ll definitely be returning to try other offerings as well as other bread choices. This is definitely an alternative to Jersey Mike’s.

Had a digital coupon for buy 1 get 1 free for 8 inch sub. When I went to pay, I showed the guy the coupon on my phone. He said he needed a paper cut out of the coupon. I told him that we had used this coupon a few times in the last several months and they had always accepted the one from my phone. He refused to accept it. I told him that if he was not going to accept the coupon then he could keep the sandwiches. He responded with, ” Don’t ever come back here again.” I told him they should train their employees better on which coupons to accept. He responded with, “I’m the general manager, I don’t care to hear that.” I was not happy about him not accepting the coupon but for him to tell me to never come back… Are you kidding me. On 2 previous occasions, we had called to ask if they would accept the coupon from our phone and they said yes. I have worked in a few different restaurants and I am well aware that some customers can be total jerks and his response would have been merited. I, however did not raise my voice to him or cause a scene or treat him rudely, in the least. If I were the franchise owner of this restaurant, this guy would be fired. People have a lot of choices when it comes to eating out. Is this really how you want your brand represented. He said to never come back. Don’t worry, I won’t.

No broccoli cheese soup @11:30 am “only potato” bc they didn’t make any.The staff we’re very rude from the big guy who took my sandwich order to the teenage girl that I told what I wanted on it. Think they both hated their jobs.Hard to find good help apparently! I would never visit this location again!!! Would have asked to speak to a manager but it was nothing but kids working here. Live and learn but never again.
