The food is usually spot on for the chain but the last two times we ordered delivery from this location we had a hour delay on top of more than an hour ETA to begin with. It is not worth waiting more than two hours for a sandwich. The restaurant is only ten blocks away so it has to be a management problem. I guess we will have to find someplace that knows how to deliver freaky fast for future sandwich orders when the kids have their friends over. I cannot hear two hours of complaining for a house full of 7 year old girls over this.

Call to place an order. Was told “sorry we close in 15 minutes. Just curious, what is the cutoff time for making a sandwich and serving your customers? I was under the impression they close at 9. Or is it 8:45? Lazy.

Super disappointed in this place, I had heard good things so we tried it and my sandwich had barely any meat on it you charge 10 bucks for a sandwich I expected to have more than one thin slice of meat per section. I got a club and well uou can see for yourself in the pictures.
