We usually love Goodcents and haven’t had any negative experiences with the exception of a topping or two being missing. However, we placed an online order and went to pick it up. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through. Workers would look at us but not come up the window to help us. Went inside, they hadn’t even started on our order but said they would do it next. They still continued to do orders on walk ins before ours. Manager stated they are understaffed when I mentioned how long we had been waiting. I understand being understaffed, what I don’t understand is working on walk in or drive through orders when you are an hour behind on online orders. Orders need to be worked in the order they are received. They did provide us with a refund but when we got home, our sandwiches were mixed up and wrong.

Waited 10 minutes just for our one drink, and than waited another 10 minutes for three small sandwiches! Looked like when we pulled up to the ordering area, a guy was out smoking, when pulled up to window, we didn’t see not one person in side making anything. All workers must have been on break at the same time. That’s kind of weird! Finally after 40 minutes of waiting we got our food.

We ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 cookies online. When we arrived to pickup our food, none of our food was made. It took them about 15-20 minutes to even ‘find’ our order then another 15-20 minutes to make it. When we got home none of our sandwiches where made the way we ordered them. Wrong sizes, wheat bread instead of white bread, mayo instead of ranch and we had one that was supposed to be a warm chicken sandwich and it was some sort of very dark meat instead. This was our first time eating here and I’ll more than likely never risk eating here again. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and made the experience that much worse.

Online ordering is so easy and they deliver! The orders come marked with names, if added when ordered, so it makes it easy for group meals. The food is delicious but only gave 4 stars because we did not receive straws and on chip order was incorrect.

Love Goodcents! Their sandwiches are always so fresh and delicious. We went to this one and they even had a machine to check your temperature which was really cool to know they care about keeping their customers safe. Love this place.

Damn near two hours and my delivery wasn’t here…. Looked on the porch and there it was. I did not ask for contactless delivery, and wasn’t ever notified that it was dropped off. Burnt sandwich, soup that tasted like a metal can, and watered down drink. The girl at the store was super nice and cancelled my payment, which I appreciate because all of the food went in the trash. Who know how long it’s been sitting in a car/on a porch?

Placed an online order for delivery, $30 for 2 sandwiches and both were missing multiple toppings. I double checked the order and everything was listed that we wanted. This has happened multiple times before and after tonight will not be returning as customers.
