The meat is as tender and perfectly smoked. The bbq sauce has a mild smoky tomato taste which pairs really good with the meat. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Loved it! I will be back!

The King of BBQ has lost it’s charm!! Yesterday the brisket was rancid!! It was sour and tasteless, not a good combination!! In the past there used to be a 30 minute line to get your food on a good day and nowhere to sit and now there was very few people there. Between raising their prices and reducing the quality of their food, they might be digging their own grave. They have a chance if they bring back the quality but this has been my 3rd poor meal there, in the past few weeks!! I’m sadden to see the food quality drop so quickly!!

When you live in Houston you might get used to good BBQ. But after you haven’t had it for a long time and finally get it – it’s just ridiculous how amazing it is. And this place will not disappoint – the meat is extraordinary, the sides – I’d be happy if I just had the sides. And together it’s just perfection. 5/5, saved, will come again.

Ordered bar-b-que by the pound a potato salad online. Response was that would be ready by 3:00. Called twice after I arrived at 3:05 and finally got out of my car to the pick-up window to get my order – at least 20 minutes after arrival. Food was GOOD.

Walked in at 8:40pm and was told they are closed. Was quickly hurried out of the restaurant my an employee and left not wanting to ever return. Do not trust the information here it is either inaccurate or the store is run by dishonest employees.
