Fries were soggy. Ministrone tastes worse than Campbell’s soup. Red sauce tastes like classico. Cheese pizza was a little burned. Philly steak bread was hard as a rock it cut roof of my mouth, all bread almost no meat. Stramboli has more garlic on top than the garlic rolls, super oily. Garlic rolls were the only decent item we got.

Great service by Carlos, and the food was excellent. The place is nicely decorated with some Godfather movie pictures. Their music on point. A gentleman from management approached us to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended and this will be my first choice for pizza and other pasta. Will go back.

The food was awesome. We had the Soprano pizza, and you could tell everything was fresh. The bruschetta was great also. Our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely eat here again before heading back home.

This was my 2nd visit. Pizza was good and the family that runs it are very welcoming. However, this time I checked the bill more carefully and saw an 18% service charge added to the total. I was not informed of this and never noticed it posted on their menu. Not sure if they took it as a tip or because I used my credit card. Either way I would have paid in cash and then decided what I wanted to tip. Going forward I may order a pizza to go and pay cash to avoid an 18% up charge or just get the pizza somewhere else

Very poor service. Old reviews are not for the current owner. I’ve now had a few very bad experiences with the latest one being the worst I’ve experienced at any restaurant. The kids working the front aren’t very mindful of who they give the order to. Waiting an hour for food because my food was given to a dasher. Happens.. I guess.. TONIGHT though, I arrive at pick time and the kid up front tells me ” I don’t know how to say this but there is no cook here and your order is not cooked”. We agreed to wait and asked if there could be some form of comp on the order (after having some bad experiences). He gets the owner who walks to the front already upset without speaking to us about the situation. She basically says your food is not that late, to which I say there’s no cook here yet and it takes 20mins to make.. She then mentions that there a many cooks while still being nasty after her employee said there were no cooks on site and one was driving there. Still being nasty said she could just void the order and call the cops. Asked her to do both and left. There have been good owners of this location, this extremely INCOMPETENT woman is not one of them. Don’t eat here if you want good service.

My rating for them used to be 5 stars across the board but I believe they’ve had a change in ownership and it shows….not in the good way. I have a order that I place every Monday night. I work as a delivery delivery driver so I’m not able to pick up my pizza until it’s near closing time for this location. Twice now in the last few weeks I’ve attempted to place an order 30 minutes to close only to be told the oven is broken. I’m saddened by this serious lack in service. I will take my business elsewhere so they won’t have to be concerned with me as a customer any longer. Hope they get their oven “fixed “
