$6 for a sub par sandwich I could have made at home for a fraction of the cost. It barely had any chicken salad and was mostly wilted shredded lettuce and a end if a in ripe tomato that was mostly white core in the middle. Pretty disappointed with what they offer for the money. Probably won’t be back.

If we are from here in the “Ville,” we all know about this little hidden gem, mom -n- pop restaurant. The Goodie Gallery, (which sits just on the outskirts of town, right past the railroad tracks on the right when going downtown) little though it may be, is not at all what they serve inside when it comes to taste. They have been around making their famous chicken salad, (which most would agree, it’s the best you’ll find!) Sub sandwiches that are made with their freshly baked bread, and salad plates!

This was my first visit to the Goodie Gallery. The staff was polite and efficient, and the variety of sandwiches and baked goods was impressive! The dining room itself wasn’t flashy, but it was comfortable. I tried the Veggie sandwich on wheat and was really pleased. The sweet tea was fresh, and the cookies are soft and delicious. Would recommend!

I’ve been there twice this week at different times (11 and 2) the same girl pull the tip cups as if I were going to grab change out of there. I’ve been going to this place for years and never felt so uncomfortable. Very unprofessional to assume ppl would steal, we just want a nice meal.
