First time here. The pizza was great. Some different types of pizza to choose from. Not very busy at the time we were there. The special was a zebra pizza for the month of June.

I have loved Coal Fired Pizza. Ever since I discovered it on vacation in Treasure Island, Florida 20 years ago, but living in Johnson City I only got it on vacation. So yesterday I was wanting coal fired pizza so I looked up the nearest Coal fired to my location in Johnson City and Good Times came up. I jumped in the car with my daughter and we dove the Hour and 15 minutes to try it out. We were not disappointed this is even better than the place In Florida. I will defiantly be back. I only have one selfish complaint and that is its not in Johnson City so I will only be able to get it on a limited basis. Could you please open a second location here.

A delicious surprise find on our road trip to KY. It’s very casual. You grab a menu and order at the desk, get a number, find a seat, and listen to live local bluegrass music until your pizza arrives. The place is huge, great for a large crowd. But music was too loud to have any kind of conversation. We got the June special: Zebra Pizza ($20). The pizza is coal fired, similar to brick oven. It’s definitely a win compared to getting fast food.

The pizza was delicious, perfect crust. Had the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and it was better than anything we have in Richmond. Everyone was so friendly. And it was especially fun on karaoke nite, so much talent in Big Stone Gap.

Bomb diggity dog food! Pizzas are the best I’ve ever had. The coal fire makes the crust 10x better and I will never have regular oven pizza again!
