Goody Chinese Take-Out is my absolute favorite spot for Chinese food! Their rotisserie chicken is out of this world. The flavors are insane – perfectly seasoned, crispy skin, and tender meat. Found a roach last night in my food call them back ask for a refund when I got there she act like nothing happened but all had straight faces then takes the food back and laugh about it and speak Chinese to the people in the back. All she said was thank you. I order white rice with chicken broccoli and vegetables rice with chicken wings

Probably some of the worst Chinese takeout I’ve had in a while. We had some chicken lomein, which was passable but not something I’d order again. Also ordered some kind of shrimp in lobster sauce (?). They put way too much cornstarch in it, and the sauce didn’t really have much flavor to it. It was just salty. It came with some soggy cabbage and soggy bean sprouts. Wonton soup was overly salty as well.

Take it from me, DO NOT ORDER THEIR HOT & SOUR SOUP! Due to the bad luck with the Hot & Sour Soup at the other Goody location on Union Ave. In Paterson, I decided to order the Hot & Sour Soup at this location and have better luck. BIG MISTAKE! Their Hot & Sour Soup is EXCESSIVELY SPICY for human consumption! You can literally feel your eyes burning and your nose hairs burning from the smell of it! I couldn’t even finish my first small sip of it and neither could my family! Why would they make it that hot?! What ever happened to the Hot & Sour Soup with a slight kick and delicious flavor that they used to serve? Smh Well, I foolishly decided to give them a chance and yet again, Goody failed me again . I’m going to just avoid both Goody locations.
