Called in a pick up order and was asked to provide payment over the phone. I explained to the gentleman that I was driving (at night) and would pay upon arrival. Arrived at the restaurant within 10 minutes and food was not ready and cook was sitting at a table. The guy asked if I was there for the pickup order then the cook headed toward the kitchen area. I politely told them that if they hadn’t even started the order not to worry about it as I was expecting it to be ready that’s why I called ahead. The main person at the counter then told me to get out and never come back, LOL. Believe me I won’t! After looking at all these other reviews doesn’t look like I’m missing much.

Ordered steam chicken with green beans, white rice and brown sauce on the side- they don’t make steamed brown rice was offered fried rice, which was nice but trying to eat Better so went with white- went picked up my meal which was 9 bucks and some change put a 2 dollar tip on there for them because I appreciate the working class ( I am one) got home opened my container NO CHICKEN! So I called explained to one guy, then put on with another guy the cashier who took my phone call and rang me up. His answer was what I asked for was not on the menu! Ok but you took my order and never said that to me when it was placed- So your charging me $9 for green beans and a cup of white rice! Buddy you lost a customer for life-I try to see the good in every situation but this I feel you took advantage of me-

This place has zero concept of “Customer Service”. I placed a custom carryout order that was completely wrong. Upon arriving home, (which is not very close by) my wife’s order was prepared wrong on multiple levels. When she called to explain in detail what was incorrect with her order, they insisted the food be brought back that night for a replacement, not a refund. We explained to the manager that it was not convenient and to kindly take our names down for a replacement on our next visit. They refused, even though we have ordered from here several times before. Needless to say, we will absolutely NOT return.

They lost my sale when on their website they offer delivery as an option only I didn’t have anywhere to indicate tip. So before checking out I called them & they said they are pick up only. Asked them why they offer delivery on their website then and he said it is only through Door Dash or Uber Eats. Asked again why they offer delivery on their website again and he replied the same. Door Dash is $4.00+ more per meal. They should not have delivery as an option on their website if they don’t offer it.

I am a big fan of chinese takeouts, totally love the hot spicy oily food. If you are worried about oily food please choose Diet menu. Totally loved their food. Please use their family order it’s a great offer. They are clean and maintaining social distancing, offer Grubhub. And availability of, Diet menu, Thai menu, sea food and grill option.

ordered pickup and i wish the guy on the phone told me that everything i ordered came with rice, i had a lunch portion and a dinner portion entree and both had rice in it, he also failed to tell me that it’s fried rice and didn’t even ask me what type of rice i wanted and it was all in one container which was very offputing as i’m used to the rice being on the side atleast. weird to have have dinner portion be the exact same size as the lunch portion with rice inside, so it didn’t feel like a dinner entree. the food was not that good as the rice was soggy from them putting it in the same container as entrees with a lot of juice from the meat. won’t ever order here again. u can tell from my photo that the dish was 90% rice barely any lo mein i will def have to call my bank and get my money back this was ridiculous

I ordered online through their website, and got a confirmation email for delivery. It was my first time ordering food with them so I waited for about 50 minutes before calling to find out how much longer before I receive my food. A man answered and told me he had been trying to call me but didn’t get a hold of me. I had no missed calls on my phone so I was surprised by this. He then told me he tried to call me to tell me that they do not deliver, and tha they only have pick up. I explained to him that the website offered the option for delivery and I hadn’t been feeling well so I was really wanting delivery, he proceeded to tell me they don’t have control over what the website does and my only options were to pick up or cancel. Fortunately, he cancelled my order and I didn’t get charged which is a positive. I don’t usually post negative reviews but you should indeed know what your website offers and what it does not. This should be fixed so other people don’t get caught up waiting like I did only to be told you don’t deliver.

First time eating here I found the lunch special to be a good deal and the food was also good. The only thing I did not like was they do not have ice or soda on tap, this means if you want water with your meal you get warm tap water or have to buy an expensive bottle of water.

This was my favorite place to get Asian take out but the owner has driven it into the ground. For the first time in 9 years, my order was wrong. Got home to Anna, open my bag and it’s wrong. Drove all the way back to get my food and the owner doesn’t care. Very sad. I guess I’ll never come back. Time to find a new restaurant deserving of my money.

This is our regular Chinese takeout spot. They stopped delivering a while back, but we just pick up now. I never order through a food delivery app. I only use their website to order. The people that handle the orders have always been super nice and the food is prepared fast and the special orders are always correct.
