Delicious Gorditas I might say. I had the chicharrón (pork skin) with green sauce and the beef fajita with red bell peppers. Let me tell you they were on point . Not to mentioned fresh cucumber and lime water to top it off. I can’t wait to visit this place and try another delicious meal.

First time in this cozy restaurant and they left the best impression! Its a small place with about 10 tables. Our host was so nice and hospitable, my party ordered mainly gorditas and they were all amazing! They have a wide variety of guisos. This family owned business knows what they are doing! Im glad we stopped by for dinner and we will be back!

Excellent! Homey, compact, functional restaurant that – as the name implies – centers on their delicious gorditas. My wife had a pastor Gordita w/ rice and beans (6) and I had two rajas y queso gorditas w/ rice and beans (10) – and a Diet Coke (2). Get your drink from the cooler, sit down, and homemade chips come out. The chips are thick and a bit stale with a rather thin salsa, so I plan to come out next time before the lunch rush, not at 2:00 pm. The tasty gorditas come out quickly. Lots of things to try next time: tortas, burritos, coctel camerones. Take note: Gorditas Chavez is in the same building (but not connected) as Reina’s Taqueria – takes guts to open a Mexican restaurant right next door to another Mexican restaurant!

Ordered gorditas de chicharron and rajas con queso and it was spicy but oh so delicious. I recommend visiting them, it was our first time going, but won’t be the last.
