So friendly here! We got to casually chat with a few of the staff. They were great and really helpful. I asked for recommendations on both the food and beer, and both were spot on. I could eat the Burrata every day, forever. Really appreciate the abundance of confit garlic. Also, as someone who doesn’t really like happy beers, the Hoppy Saison was wonderful. Those Citra hops really make it.

Great staff. The bartenders were on point. Cold beers and hot burgers a plenty. It was a fun spin on airport food fair in the fact that you had to take an escalator up to get your grub on. It provided a great view of the airport and if planes aren’t your thing they had plenty of big screen TVs to watch sports on. They provide a lot of little nooks and a couple of options for larger parties. I will be looking them up again next time I am in Atlanta.

Partly my fault in ordering the poke bowl at the beer / burger restaurant (I did ask the server poke bowl vs chicken sandwich and told both wee good…), but the food was terrible. Dripping in salty soy sauce, the rice was hard and clumped together. The portion was tiny (photo after 6-7 bites).

I had the pleasure of dining at Gordon Biersch Brewery in New Orleans and I can honestly say it was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! The food was amazing – the beer was even better!, their Hefeweizen is the best. The atmosphere was so relaxed and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Gordon Biersch Brewery to anyone looking for a great night out in the heart of New Orleans!

So me and my family ate here last night. Service was not good. It took at least 20 minutes to get our drink order taken. We didn’t complain because we could see they were short-staffed. Since it took so long to get our orders taken, as soon as the bill came, we were just beyond ready to get out. Despite the bad service, we still left a 20% tip because like I said.. they were understaffed. As soon as we got across the street to our hotel, I realized I left my purse in the bench at our booth. My husband went back down to get it and was back in the restaurant less than 10 minutes after we left. When he returned, the restaurant staff said they hadn’t seen my purse. Keep in mind, we hadn’t even been gone 10 minutes. So then I come back down to the restaurant. Our waiter avoided both me and my husband LIKE THE PLAGUE and refused to make eye contact. If I was a server, and a table I had just finished serving left, then came back and were literally crawling under the table obviously looking for something, the normal reaction when walking past would be to stop and say, “hey is everything OK? Did you lose something? Do you need any help?” Something. Anything. But this server would not even acknowledge that we came back in, which is a huge red flag to me. It’s an abnormal reaction. After speaking with the manager (like I said, our server wouldn’t even come close to us), she stated she does not believe her staff would steal… and that she couldn’t check their belongings. They also said they couldn’t check cameras because, “they are in the process of upgrading their system.” So basically unless some random person walked past and took it from the far inside of a booth, someone working at that restaurant stole my purse and refused to give it back. I 100% believe they checked it and after seeing what was in it, decided to keep it. Avoiding us like the plague after being kind during our dinner and tipping well is just not normal behavior for someone who is innocent. Unless you have 3 hours to spare and want your purse stolen, I wouldn’t go to this restaurant. I liked the manager. She seemed professional and empathetic but I don’t agree with her judgement or how this was handled.

Very enjoyable place, the bartender that was taking care of us was wonderful. She didn’t rush us and kept checking in. We ordered a burger and they were kind enough to even split it with out us even asking for that, drinks were great too!!
