Gordy’s is a must go for a classic take on burgers…cooked to perfection with a side or air crisp fries. Chicken wings were also cooked to a perfect crisp topped with a sweet and savory buffalo sauce. Tv at every booth to watch whatever you please.

So I was craving a REAL BURGER… I wanted to try something different. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the burgers are served on a huge toasted kaiser roll. It felt a bit uncomfortable since I’m married to a black man & everyone in there was predominantly Caucasian, but they stared at us & I couldn’t make out some whispers & comments by customers. 2 female waitresses and almost every table was taken, but the servers were clearly in over their heads. They have a bar, but no one can make a daiquiri, kamikaze, mudslide or any other type of fancy drinks I love. After placing our orders we received my food which was lacking the additional topping I paid extra for. $2.00 Cheese $2.00 Onions & $2.00 for mushrooms. Then I gave it redone and my onion strings were delicious, the burger was tasty, but I only had 2 bites. And then they packed my food to go, which I asked them to just bring me a box. And I guess the waitress wasn’t thinking once again, Because now I left out of the restaurant with a piece of a bit Burger. The other half of the Burger was thrown out and then my onion stroils was thrown out also so I was really upset when I got home and I wanted to finish my food and there was nothing in there. I did call I spoke to a waitress. She knew who I was, and she told me to come back in and that she would fix it. But they’re literally an hour away from where I live so I think it’s a done issue!!

The burgers are homemade, not too bad, but I feel like I can make them at home. For me, they are little to lean. I prefer more fat on my burger. No premium bun, just a plain roll. I was surprised. The taste was ok. The server was nice.

Very nice place to bring the kids and family. Reasonable priced and a tv in every booth. Parking is meter and limited depending on any events by the park across the street. Food was very good. This is a hidden gem where locals like to go.

What a hidden gem, went for the first time and was totally impressed. First of all if you like NE clam chowder it’s a must, one of the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The burgers had a great charred flavor and were juicy on a nice hard roll. So we had 3 apps and 4 entrees with tax it was 66.00, a bargain for great food

My wife and I have eaten at Gordy’s a few times now. I’m from Rochester NY (WNY) and take my wings very seriously. Gordy’s has excellent Buffalo wings. Fresh, crispy, the sauce they use has a nice sweetness to it to balance out the vinegar and spice. I’m surprised the wings haven’t taken a front seat on the menu at Gordy’s. The cheesesteak sandwich has been very good but but for a place that specializes in burgers, the burgers don’t wow us. They are pretty good but we’ve found them to be kind of bland…maybe use more seasoning/salt&pepper?

We ordered the chicken parm sub, a burger, and a side salad. We were told they were out of vegetables for the side salad, about 10 min later someone at the table next to us ordered a full size salad with no problem … I’m not sure why we weren’t allowed to order a salad but other customers were, but it was very frustrating. Our food took a very long time to come out. The chicken parm sub was served on too soft bread, and did not have much sauce on it although it was overloaded with cheese. The fries weren’t crispy and were bland. The burger, however was cooked to perfection and was very tasty.
