Menu

Dark Roast
Black Dog Espresso
Black like dark chocolate, selfless as man’s best friend – this espresso roast was created to make sure someone’s always got your back.
$13.99
Tired Eye Decaf Coffee
To thank you already tireless coffee lovers, we’ve made a decaf roast that tastes like… well, really good coffee. So relax, and enjoy the flavors you’ve been missing.
$13.99
Heavy Feels French Roast Coffee
Some like their coffee a little dark, but deep down we know this roast has plenty of sweetness that balances it out, and just like us – it’s always bold, never bitter.
$13.99
Sumatra Bebagi Kepada
It’s almost like the coffee farmers of Indonesia’s tropical forests share one consciousness. Everyone gives coffee knowledge to their neighbors, family and friends which helps us all benefit from good tasting coffee. So grab some of your best buds and pass this coffee around. Its savory and herbal flavors are going to blow your mind.
$14.99
Light Roast
Bright Eyed Breakfast
Everyone deserves to wake up on the right side of the bed, so we put together some good flavors to help out with that. It’s the coffee that will brighten your morning and help you get your head in the game. You got this.
$13.99
Ethiopia Biruhi
Like the brightest star in the sky, our Ethiopia Biruhi outshines galaxies of just fine versions. It’s because this coffee has all the feels – a sparkling acidity, buckets of tropical fruits, lingering delicate florals – so it makes sense that Biruhi means “bright” in Ethiopia’s Amharic language.
$14.99
Ethiopia Yebesele Natural
No, this isn’t a flavored coffee with sugar in it. Those crazy flavors you’re picking up is what coffee can taste like when taken really good care of. The “natural” process turns coffee cherries into raisins before getting the seeds ready for roasters. Fermentation makes some gnarly flavors if not carefully monitored, so we only work with small landholders in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia that painstakingly pay attention to the fermentation process. This way all you taste is freshly picked fruit, you’re welcome.
$14.99
Founders
Tweaking parts of the coffee’s processing can make it taste astonishingly unique or sometimes not even like coffee at all. We found three perfect examples of this from different countries, and when blended together, it shows just how lucky we are to have those revolutionary coffee Founders. So sit back and brace yourself for a new coffee perspective.
$13.99
Kenya Mbegu Ndogo
Scrappy and full of surprises, we love this coffee because we see ourselves in it. Smaller and maybe not as pretty, Mbegu Ndogo is made up of both peaberry and these tiny, little high density seeds which gives this coffee from Kenya a surprise knockout punch of flavors.
$14.99
Medium Roast
Bona Fied
Named after our sincere promise that our coffee will always make you say “damn, that’s some good shit!”, our house blend is the type of energy everyone deserves.
$13.99
Old School Tattoo
Just like an old school tattoo, this blend’s never going to go out of style. That’s because they’re both bright, crisp and bold enough to stand the test of time. It’s just an added bonus that they’re pretty tasteful.
$13.99
Brazil Fazenda Frutas
Farmer Josue Morales has a couple tricks up his sleeve to help grow coffee and make it taste like your favorite memories. We worked closely together to replicate a nostalgic flavor combo that’s arguably the best – PB&J.
$14.99
Moonstone
Looking for some positive vibes to go with your coffee? Well wearing a moonstone is said to bring love and good fortune, so imagine what would happen if you drank one…
$13.99
Guatemala Cachito
When we all work together, we can accomplish things we didn’t think were possible. Mayan for “a small part of something”, our Cachito coffee embodies this idea. Our strong relationships with small landholder coffee growers in Huehuetenango helped with standardizing farm practices while improving processing techniques to create a cleaner, sweeter and fruitier Guatemalan coffee. The proof is in the pudding.
Colombia La Pelota
In the Huila department of Colombia there is an ancient area called the “Forest of Statues” where people have been traveling to for thousands of years to admire its beauty and perform ceremonies. At the hidden site of Alto La Pelota, there are hand carved statues that to this day are still as bright as the day they were painted. We collaborate with small landholder coffee growers in this region that share these same traits – always vibrant and worthy of your daily ritual.
Mokha Java
Always make the best out of a bad situation, like early sailors did when accidentally mixing together coffees from the ports of Mokha and Java. Turns out, the first blend was just a happy little accident that was so good we recreate it everyday now.

Loved visiting this place we we to the Edwardsville location and it was great! This coffee shop is a great vibe. They make a ton of their syrups in house and even their pastries are make in house. The staff is super helpful and nice as well. Great coffee and a great place to hang with some friends and get some snacks!

You can tell a lot about a coffee shop by their coffee basics. This place passes that test. I ordered a small ice coffee with no cream or sugar. It was superb.

I cannot rave about Goshen Coffee Roasters enough! Best-tasting coffee in town! Also, the food options taste delicious and fresh. I come here often to study and it is a perfect atmosphere as the staff is always very kind and accommodating. I recommend the Bright-Eyed Burrito, Classic Avocado Toast, Overnight Oats, and Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. I love ordering a hot or iced oat milk latte with either half vanilla or gingerbread syrup during the holidays. If you have not been here yet you are definitely missing out!

Awesome cold brew with very bold flavor. Quite potent as well. Had a chocolate cherry scone to go with it – which was also great. Very relaxed, well designed space.

Was sitting in the drive through with one car in front of me for 15 minutes. Waited for the girl to talk to the people and pet their dog for nearly 10 minutes after they got there order. Waited another 5+ mins for coffee and still didn’t get the food for another 10 mins. Coffee and food is great, but service and awareness is trash. No apologies or concern either. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately. Usually go inside but made the mistake of thinking it would be quick. Never have written a review like this before but had to for this one. Good luck to everyone else

The fancy avocado toast here is amazing!! I also got the iced caramel latte it was very good too, but my favorite is the vanilla lavender iced coffee. We walk from our apartment next door quite often. My pup enjoys going to walk over there because she knows she will get a treat from the sweet baristas. When I worked from home I would walk over for a change of scenery. It’s nice inside and quiet enough to focus on work and wifi is strong.

Overall if you go for coffee you will be pleased. But if you go here for food well the prices are weird the options are limited and you probably will wanna go somewhere else. The environment is cool but its a tiny little place so you dont get much space. But again the coffee is wonderful.
