I just ordered for the first time here and panda and ghengis I will never order take out again. If you want to sit down and drag an hour or 2 out with dine in, that’s fine. But if you need something to take home this is the place. The food is delicious and yes it applies to the orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken that everybody gets. They have an extensive menu and of course I haven’t tried everything. But egg rolls, rice and main entrees are 100 percent and worth every dollar. Take my word for it becuase I don’t leave reviews often and this place got me. Only knock is please don’t staple the bags, I grabbed the bag so fast I stabbed myslef, but still 5 out of 5

This is a very good Chinese restaurant to eat. Think there are more to go orders than dine in. Very small place. Only about 6 tables or so. It’s in a shopping center. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Have a large variety menu.

My husband went to pick up food to go and he said that they were rude! And secondly the food was soooo nasty! The worst Chinese food I have ever had! The rice was like yellow rice no flavor the meat in the rice which was suppose to be combination rice tasted like it was boiled egg rolls nasty it was just disgusting and I’m mad we wasted money on rude customer service and nasty bland food. I have absolutely no idea why some folks are giving such terrible reviews to this restaurant. I’ve been going here consistently for six years. I understand that sometimes restaurants get orders wrong and variations on how foods are prepared from one restaurant to another can sometimes make people upset… But I truly have only had good experiences here and feel that this is the best Chinese restaurant around! Currently they do not deliver – You to go pick it up. It looks like they are not associated with any of the delivery companies right now and they don’t offer delivery anymore. but that’s OK because their food is 1000 times better than any other Chinese restaurant in the area. They put vegetables in their fried rice… unlike some of the other ones. They give huge portions! Their lo mein is absolutely delicious with a slight touch of garlic. I love their beef with mushrooms – they all carrots snow peas and huge chunks of steamed zucchini, we also love there Kung pau chicken, chicken egg foo young and they gladly add mushrooms for us and The General Tsao‘s chicken is so so good and they add steamed broccoli. Most other Chinese restaurants in the area don’t add vegetables or good flavorings. Other Chinese restaurants just give you the meat and when you open the boxes everything is brown and dull. This place makes everything healthy and colorful. So you get a nice good meal that is hot and filling – Everything is fresh and hot and very tasty! The photo I added is the Side of fried rice, plain lo mein, again mushroom egg foo yong with the included gravy and beef with mushrooms. Also included was two eggrolls which I eat as soon as I picked up the order – so they are not in the photo. And the photo shows what was left after I ate a huge plate of lunch. I usually get about four meals out of an order of two entrées.

Today, July 17, 2022, we ordered online for the first time from Got Rice. I usually go in person and order in person and wait for the food. I was trying to avoid that today. Once I arrived, no one would address me. I could hear bickering in the background from a female and a male. I sat down and had to say, I am hear you pick up an order. Then a young female stands up and says something to the male. Remember everything is behind plastic and no contact. I stood up and showed the order details. She then proceeds to question s if I paid for the order when it was paid online. I showed her all the details. I don’t know if this is the owners daughter. But she was rude and definitely needs to learn some manners. Customer service is important when your not the only business in town. I will take my business somewhere else. I have never been treated this way at Jade Dragon on polo road. Or at Golden Gate on beltline. We have resided in town since 1997. Also, there portions are very small for what you spend. The customer service is my biggest complaint. Respect and Integrity!

A hot mess waste of money five shrimps in a order of shrimp fried rice. I can’t make this up. I will never visit this establishment again. There’s no way a restaurant counts out five baby shrimp to put in a order of shrimp fried rice. Chicken was bland and unseasoned and too big
