I think this is the best place to grab a good meal while in Monument Valley. That said, there aren’t really a lot of options in this area. Would recommend trying the beef stew with fry bread and the Goulding’s burger. The fry bread is amazing, and when combined with the stew makes for a hearty meal. The burger is also very filling, and comes with a generous serving of fries.

We were staying at the lodge, so we had a few of our meals here. The staff was very nice and quick to help with whatever you needed. The portions were large. We ordered Fry Bread to start. I ordered a sticky finger salad with sweet and spicy chicken. I couldn’t even finish it. It was so large. It was more spicy than sweet, so if you don’t like things too spicy, this would not be for you. My husband had the chicken fried steak and gravy. He loved it. We had apple pie with ice cream for dessert, but they had a lot of dessert choices. We had breakfast one morning, and we both ordered the Classic. It was a perfect size and excellent. It gets crowded at dinner time, so if you can go early, you won’t wait. Prices are average for what you get.

Fengi was such a wonderful waitress. She helped make some delicious choices at dinner. The view was also incredible! Food was a solid meal after a day of traveling, hiking, and paddle boarding.

Awesome breakfast, but not on the menu. I had them prepare two eggs over medium, smothered in green chile sauce, and a side of sausage patties. They happily did it. The taste of the chile and eggs was incredible! Dip the excellent sausage in the chile and you can’t get better.

We were there on a group tour and they already had our orders and came to confirm them with us. Three of us had Navajo tacos on Navajo frybread and one on corn tortillas to avoid the gluten. It may have been that we were hungry, but we all ate every bite and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We weren’t able to eat all the ice cream scoops at the end. Even the iced tea was tasty.

A gorgeous place, beautiful views of Monument Valley. Have lunch there, stop for a Navajo Taco! Rooms are pricy.

All the food was prepared from frozen. Burgers, chicken, fries, sweet potato tots. Didn’t try tacos or stew. Hopefully, they aren’t frozen. The Navaho Fry Bread was great.
