I have been here with my husband before and we had a great experience. So I ask my co-worker if she wants to go there for lunch. We get seated and order our drinks and appetizers and everything is fine and good. We order our entrees and my co-worker states how her shrimp taste shrimpy. We think nothing of it. We return to work and my co-worker says her stomach is getting really upset. Then she has to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes. On Monday she proceeds to tell me that on her way home she had the cold sweats and when she reached her house had to vomit. Then she started feeling a little better. We believe she got food poisoning from the shrimp. I called the manager today to tell him about the incident so that they can either store their seafood better or prepare it properly. I wasn’t going to write a review but he just blew me off and said he had no other complaints from his customers. I informed him that I was just looking out for them and wanted to make them aware. He was not interested. So I’m letting everyone know to be careful when ordering seafood here.

Rumor, Owners left employees with no notice to open another place 3 hours away. Cleared out the place over night, 100% sneaky business owners. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Do not support wrong business owners. Plus, the owner is so rude to his children you can hear him yelling at his children from your table, and you can see him sending them into a closet in the back of the restaurant. If I could rate this place below one, I would. Worst experience.

If there was anything lower than one star this place would definitely get it. A terrible experience! You have to wait forever for your food and then its horrible, and do not even think about ordering a salad, I have never seen letus this rotten ever, so why be so stingy with it, three leaves of rotten letus is the salad, no wonder I got sick. And when you mention it to the owner you get completely insulted, and told how Americans just want to screw him over. Very racest against Americans!!! No one in the facility can make a mixed drink, so there’s another let down. Then you hear kids screaming and look up to see the owner grabbing his kids and yelling at them to be quiet and get back in and stay in the closet! That should be a concern and probably reported to authorities. It’s over priced food that is not good, and not fresh. The owner is openly racest of Americans and extremely rude, I regret ever going there!! Do yourself a favor, steer clear of here!!

We ordered pizza at the Crowley location, it made everyone sick. Including my child who has never been sick from food before. Bad stomach aches and pains with concurrent trips to the bathroom. Will not eat here again.

We’ve only been to this restaurant 20+- times and have had nothing but gastronomical delights and the warmest welcome from the owner and wait staff. We love these culinary wizards and their beautiful family oriented business.

We found Govani’s as we were traveling last weekend. ABSOUTELY delicious. We both had Eggplant parm on Friday. Enjoyed so much, we returned yesterday. Our new favorite place. Just wish it was not 200 miles from home!
