My burger was great and my husband enjoyed his. We shared an order of the fresh cut fries, which were also great. We each had shakes which were nice. They didn’t have fresh banana So I ordered the butter pecan, the pecans should have been smaller. Everything we ate was delicious BUT the dining room was a mess and when serving people the front staff should have more professionalism.

If I could give less stars I would. Me and my wife are sitting here right now. My food was brought to me pretty quickly and my wife’s food was done shortly after however we watched her food sit behind the counter for 15 minutes before they brought it to her. And they were not busy at all. So her fries were already cold and disgusting. Part 2 of this disaster is the place is named great burgers…. the burgers are very bland and almost inedible. There is no flavor to them whatsoever. Pretty bad experience. Thank God this food was free. Wont be coming back even if we get a coupon.

I don’t eat burgers very often and when I do, it is almost always overcooked. I ordered the medium Cowboy Burger (BBQ sauce, cheddar and bacon) and my husband got the Mushroom Swiss. They were absolutely delicious!! Cooked perfectly, juicy, flavorful. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. Highly recommend.

Update! They are open!! Hooray for the best burgers and fries! The service is great too. The food is affordable and delicious! You gotta go! One more thing that I wanted to add was that this place doesn’t and never did have a television so the review with it must be of a different place..

Visited Dover this weekend and used the offer I had for Gr8 burger. After receiving my order and making it back to my room to put the condiments on my burger I discovered my burger was badly burnt I mean burnt. Whoever the cook was they need training on properly preparing food and what to serve to customers and what not to serve. I was to tired to return my burger after the slots and drinking just wanted a quick meal to go but received a terrible meal. I would never visit again that was my first and last time. So visitors please check your orders before leaving it was a learning experience for me.

Visited this restaurant before, so 2 experiences with bad results. This past time, after ordering a single scoop of ice cream,we stood and waited a few minutes. A head chef, not working in the kitchen of this restaurant, told us we could take a seat and wait. He seemed surprised to find out we were waiting.. for 1 scoop of ice cream.

Burger and fries not bad ans prepared quickly. Prices ok. Tables dirty has to ask someone to wipe them and they did a bad job. Cashier no people skills no thank you.
