As soon as I saw the Monte Cristo I was excited, but then a triple Monte Cristo with eggs and the perfect hash browns, I was sold. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was spectacular, and the wheelchair accessible corner table was perfect for grandma’s birthday breakfast. She requested steak and eggs, and boy did they deliver. An amazing chicken fried steak breakfast with the most delightful gravy. Will definitely be back as there were several other menu items we would like to try. Great job and thank you. Highly recommend!

It takes a while to get your food but it’s worth it! The clam chowder is so good and actually thick with all the fixings. If you grab a spot outside you can see the river a little and they have it protected from rain and heat lamps so it’s warm and dry. Great place for wanting to watch the rain, sip some hot cocoa or coffee and eat some good food. It’s just like Grammas house.

This was our first, and definitely not last, time here. We both had the omelette with fresh veggies and German sausage. It was terrific! I had hash browns and toast. The hash browns were awesome. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately the biscuits were tough, not soft. He needed a knife to cut them. It was like they had really been over kneaded or something. We were surprised. The staff was super friendly. The place was packed and everyone was in a good mood. This will be our go to weekend breakfast place in the future, just no biscuits and gravy

I door dash on my free time and after coming to drop off someone’s delivery…I had to try it for myself. Their food and service is absolutely amazing. Even my fiancé says it’s worth the price and the wait and he’s hard to please food restaurant wise haha. Great portions and the blueberry French toast special is to die for! Also, they let us add on “loaded hash browns” for a small fee. Yummy! Will definitely be going back!!!

Not only do you get genuine superior service and literally everything on the menu is fantastic, you get plenty to eat in a very friendly atmosphere and you will want to come back again and again. Atmosphere: old time, home style. Don’t let that fool you go for the PIE!!! Oh my, it is really good pie. Raspberry was sweet and tangie, delectable. And the plain old rhubarb pie was exceptional. I would apprentice in that kitchen just to learn how to make those fillings.
