Friendly staff and good food. My wife and I just moved to the area and decided to try Grammas pizza and when I went in to pick it up everyone was so nice and smiling it made the experience that much better. They made small talk with me while we waited a little for my food to finish.

It’s always fresh and good but the service is absolutely disgusting they are rude and hateful and hang up on you 100% of the time I understand you get rushed and frustrated working customer service but there’s no need to be so hateful on the phone or in person.

Hi! I ordered grammas pizza at 4:29 pm this evening. I have been in and out of contact with this business (if you can call it that?) since. It is 8:17 pm. They called once to ask where Sherwood lane is. Do they not have any type of navigation system? Repeated address x4. I asked this very question, to which (both a man and woman) said they needed direction. I gladly gave verbatim word for word direction from their store to my home. She then spoke and AGREED to then proceed forward and take it to us (mind you we placed an order for delivery) … this is after we already placed order and it was squared away. I have NEVER placed a poor review for anyone… I am completely APPALLED at this behavior. She stated “my boss would kill me if I took this to you for free”…. Ma’am it has been four hours. Absolutely insane. I feel as if this place is a complete joke and THAT is a hill I would die on.

I can’t not believe how mean they were on the phone. Well it was the older female manager. Everyone else was pleasant to speak to. I placed a pickup order through Doordash and Doordash connected me to this location. They said they do not do door dash, I was saying I’ve got a conformation number and was going to ask what location did do Doordash and if i could get their phone number, I was cut off after i said “conformation number”, and was told “I don’t care” and was hung up on.

Absolutely ridiculous. Picked up an order and when I got home it was totally burnt. Called the store and said they were aware that the pizza was burnt, but still let me take it home.

They over charged me for a large gatlic bread ànd my food was cold by time it was delivered and I was literally 5 min away from there I got it on my lunch delivered to my job and I am not satisfied with their services or their store will never go there again

Worst service, Called them by mistake thought I was calling Anderson. Delivery person was flip and had an attitude and when I called the store the person on the phone was awful awful. Not all Grammas owned by the same people and it shows.
