Normally good however, today was alful, no flavor at all on pepperoni and sausage pizza. Seems may have changed suppliers. Chef salad was just ok, again ingredients were different than in past. Won’t be going back.

The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is they put my pepperoni underneath the cheese. The one in Batavia didn’t do that when I went there. Next time I’ll ask for it on top. Other than that the pizza was amazing, the location was nice and it had a bar inside and the staff was very friendly.

Dine in is usually fine. Ordered delivery and the salad was measly compared to what you get at the restaurant. Also…the box was closed with staples. Luckily, I noticed, but I would HIGHLY recommend checking the boxes for staples and be careful when you open your food (that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, Grammas). Fries were severely over cooked and pretty much inedible. And finally – somehow the bread of my hoagie was rubbery. Not sure how you pull off that one. We’ve decided we won’t order carry out or delivery any more.

This initially will sound crazy to give a 1 star review over this, but its happened 5 times in less than 2 months where Ive had issues with receiving my items. Specifically, if I order a 2 liter. Between completely forgetting or not bringing the amount I ordered, its gotten ridiculous. Currently been waiting 2 hours for a replacement. I ordered here dozens and dozens of times, but the issues have been recently and I am just over it. Other than the price of the bigger pizzas being good, there really isnt much reason for me to order here anymore.

I absolutely love Grandma’s Pizza especially this location and Withamsville location the employees that work there actually know what they’re doing when they take your order you get the order exactly how you received it I’ve never had an issue never I actually didn’t even like pizza until I started eating Grandma’s Pizza years ago and I would hands down prefer to only eat this pizza I love all their food

EVERYTIME we’ve ordered here, there’s been a problem. Wrong order, forgotten food, and this time the delivery driver gave our food to another house. I called after an hour and a half of waiting. Delivery driver said he delivered it. I said no he didn’t, I’ve been here! Talked to a manager and manager said he delivered it to another house, that he would credit my card back and get our food out to us. Almost an hour later, I’m still waiting with hungry kids. We’ll see if I get it, or if it’s correct. I’ll never order from here again. Gave them too many chances.

We walked in and was told to seat ourselves. Two waitresses walked past us never greeted us. Sat there for over five minutes. A family walks in sits down a waitress helped them right away. We sat there for a few more minutes still no help. Got up to walk out and nobody stopped us or cared that we walked out. The place wasn’t even busy there were two tables that were already seated when we arrived. We are always doing large orders from this location. I take it customers aren’t valued, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
