So I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. And Maria proceeded to say I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I had no idea leave Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and a grilled chicken sandwich were the same thing. Apparently I shift do not know the difference.

I gave the food three stars because the pizza had to much sauce on it for my liking. Which made the crust kinda soggy. The cheese fries though were amazing. Even ate them without a fork lol. My fiancé had the cheesy garlic bread and he ate ever bite. He said the cheese pizza was the best he’s had.

Ordered 2 steak hoggies with cheese , pickles , onions , extra sauce. Got meat and cheese no pickles onions or sauce on the sandwiches. Got extra pizza sauce on the side consistency of tomato sauce. This is two times in a row I doubt we will be going back.

Fantastic pizza. Fresh, spicy, and delicious. The aroma of their pizza alone would keep me here all day. The staff is fantastic. It took me over an hour to get here. We ordered the vegetable and Greek pizzas. This Florence Pizza place is awesome!!

We have had two miserable experiences in a row at Grandmas pizza. Both with the food and the customer service. Last time the pizzas were completely undercooked. This time they got our take out order wrong and didn’t even offer to fix it. On top of that they gave us grief about using a coupon. Won’t ever be back.

The little lady who waits tables is an absolute doll, however the old woman in the kitchen (with a hat and glasses) who helps ring you out when you pay your bill is absolutely terrible. Both interactions I’ve had with her have been horrid. She talks to you like you’re an idiot, and is so busy arguing with you that she won’t listen to what you are trying to say anyway. She is the only reason I will never recommend going there and will not be back! She is beyond rude, and her customer service is atrocious, she should not be allowed to interact with customers. Since she’s so miserable being there just tell her to stay home.

I’d give a 0 if I could. Manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to run a business. They messed up our order then told us we were lying about it, we had proof. Then they tried to not give us our money back at all. The food isn’t worth the hassle of a rude manager who doesn’t know what she’s doing

Its not good! It literally states like a cracker with cheese. There’s hardly any sauce, light cheese, and a burnt cracker crust. I get so irritated when my wife insists on ordering this garbage. Walmart has better frozen pizzas. Save your money.
