An excellent Italian meal made with love and the wonderful touch of an Italian chef. We had a delicious grilled calamari in a delicate lemon dressing, homemade puttanesca, grilled salmon and house cured salmon carpaccio. Attentive servers, staff who checked in on us. Open a week – this restaurant doesn’t miss at all!!! Must try.

Gran Gusto is awesome! The restaraunt just opened less than a week ago and it was phenominal. The bar tender was awesome, highly reccomend the espresso martini and blood orange botanical. The menu was perfect for an Italian restaraunt, very traditional. All the food was delicious and clearly scratch made. Even the bread for the panini was as fresh made in their brick oven. Highly reccomend checking this place out.

Waited 35 minutes for an appetizer. The waitress had no clue. The manager came over and just wanted to argue. I don’t think he is to bright. My opinion. I’m 62 years old worst restaurant I ever ate at. We left we never ate. Called the owner would not come to the phone. I give the place another month. Find the crab in the picture.

The place is a must stop if you’re in the blueback area. I consider myself a meatball connoisseur and these were an absolute home run. The drinks did not disappoint at all, the cucumber mint martini was phenomenal.

Very unique! Great service! We kinda tried a little of a lot! Just so unique and comparably reasonably priced . That being said, I did order the salmon, which is supposed to be a meal, I was a little surprised how small the portion was, and it stated it came with a side of seasonal vegetables, and there was a tiny scoop of cooked spinach underneath it with three very small tomatoes, I forget what they’re called, don’t think they were grape tomatos. Tasty salmon but have had better. Definitely going back! Still lots more to try

They haven’t even been open for a week yet and they didn’t disappoint! Ive never been to Italy but if it tastes as good as Gran Gusto then I need to book a trip! You can tell there is a lot of care put into each dish, and the decor of the place is really well done! I highly recommend trying the eggplant parm. The pizza is also incredible! I will be back!

Wow, this new Italian restaurant exceeded the expectations of all six of us! From the amazing calamari (the real deal) and burratta to the eggplant, seafood, and pasta coming out of the huge Parmesan wheel – it was all perfectly cooked and the service was very attentive!! I loved the Hugo cocktail, others went for the Italian wine. The updated space is beautiful and the place has a nice vibe for a night out. We will be back!

We tried this place during mothers day weekend, celebrating graduations as well, with a big party. To start, we had been told the chef prefers that we order all at once every app, entree and drink. This was very difficult as a large party, we felt very rushed and pressured it wasn’t a relaxing environment. Our then mass order took a very long time to come out. The food was not that great, many other places id go to instead. After we finished our meals, we had been so excited for dessert, the waitress then comes up and tells that the kitchen is closed and we cannot order dessert and proceeded to begin rushing us out. They actually started cleaning up and closing up around us. Then she proceeded to walk over with the bill and say “who gets this” “who is paying for this”- extremely unprofessional. We then observed another table behind us be presented with dessert after all this happened. The staff then proceeded to make a comment “we have been here since 9:30 am its a long day.” Safe to say we will not be returning, I felt this place was overhyped and did not live up to our excitement. The staff was not attentive and those comments and actions made us feel as if we were a bother being there celebrating. Take your business elsewhere.
