My mother had been here in the past and liked it so she insisted we try it for dinner before a show Saturday May 6th just after 5 pm .Our party of 4 was seated and given menus by our server, we ordered and received our drinks then went to put in our appetizer order and were told by the server that dinners were not available Fridays and Saturdays…. Rant first …. We wasted 20 minutes in your restaurant and we had a we had a show to get to at 7:30! Please let your customers know, because I do not eat pizza or sandwiches and maybe print up a new set of menus with items that are available and update your website. We ended up going to Outback Steakhouse and thankfully were seated quickly, had a great meal and were able to just make it to our show on time.

It was my first time getting a pizza there. It was FANTASTIC! As we walked in we were greeted as if we were family. Then the pizza came….it was beautiful to view and so tasty. I live in Massachusetts, but would travel down to North Haven just for another Grand Apizza North pizza!!

Food poisoning! Me and my husband got violently sick from the food we had delivered. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parm and penne ala vodka with the plan of eating it for dinner, and having dinner and lunch the next day. The food wasn’t great when we ate it for dinner last night but when you spend about $70 on take out, you eat it. My husband has a cast iron stomach and vomited through the night, my issues went the other way. I do not want another meal made for me, I don’t expect a refund, I’m just warning people for their health and wellness. Don’t eat here!

The food at Grand is ALWAYS on point. I gave the rating a 3 because on more than one occasion I have ordered Uber Eats and I do not get my full meal. Today was the last straw when my husband went to pick up the rest of my order that Grand staff forgot to give to Uber Eats. The staff were quite unapologetic, when they handed my sandwich to my husband it fell out of the bag. When he asked for a replacement the staff did not believe my husband and gave him attitude. At this point we are just done. Again great food, rude inconsiderate staff.

Ordered ahead and arrived to the restaurant 50 minutes later to find out they only prepared half the order and when I asked if I can pickup they asked me if I want them to prepare the other half… Of course!is already paid
