I really enjoy going here for a great tasting but inexpensive meal in Mayfield. Always have ordered in person. The food is made quickly and the serving sizes are portioned large. The egg rolls are a highlight. This is one of those go-to places you can rely on to bring a smile on your face when you don’t feel like cooking at home.

Absolutely terrible service. The Asian woman took my take-out order on the phone, saying a 15-20 minute wait. When I arrived on time, she was talking to someone for several minutes, then just started to prepare my order. I walked out. Never again. They apparently don’t care if they lose customers. After reading all of the negative reviews, it’s amazing this joint is still in business. You will likely regret going to this ghetto take out restaurant.

I’ve been ordering here for years, and I’ve tried both pickup and delivery. The food is always great, and is really fresh. The service is always friendly. I’ve tried a variety of menu items and they’re all delicious, and the portions are good.

Ordered food at 12:47pm for 4 pm delivery….never showed called 4 times to be told it’s on way and hang up. 4 minutes to 5 pm canceled,since it had been out for an hour and still never made it. 5:07 pm delivery driver apparently showed up at my job…I had already cancelled and left job….he called 3 times telling me to come out and get my food. 3rd try and same experience all 3 times….we will just get it by the place by my house instead of work from now on.

Edit for new order review: To start, idk what everyone is taking about regarding customer service in these reviews. They’re always super nice and polite. And as a white person from Ne Ohio that only speaks English, I’ve NEVER had trouble understanding anyone on the phone or in person. Some of these reviews have some seriously racist vibes. Their English is great. For the food part, ordered through UberEats. Noodles were fantastic but the chicken in both the lo mein and the chop suey was super gelatinous and rubbery. Not like the previous image in my original review below. We’re both too scared to eat it. Rice is good though. So maybe just stick to bourbon chicken and plain lo mein noodles going forward. Miss on the shrimp spring roll this time but the egg/spring rolls are always 50/50 so I don’t get upset if they’re not great. Super fast to make and delivery too. Will still go back.
