Pleasantly surprised! everything was delicious. old school chinese restaurant is small but clean place. beef and chicken is tender and flavorful. food was sealed tight with plastic container and comes with plain rice or you can pay extra for fried rice. makes for great leftovers next day. very affordable Grand Hunan restaurant even offer a coupon. fast and friendly service.

Not one to write negative reviews but got delivery on GrubHub and it was genuinely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I got sesame chicken with brown rice and some crab Rangoons. The crab rangoons were fine, rice was ok, but the chicken…. It was so tough. I was scared to eat it. I legit spit out multiple pieces and then just stopped eating it. I’ve never called anything inedible but that’s what the chicken was. I was really disappointed. We ordered after 9 pm so maybe it was just old, but please do better.

TODAY, I ORDERED 7 DISHES $100. The food was delivered to my home. IT WAS A MESS, because sauce was leaking all over the place. IT GOT ALL OVER THE FLOOR OF THE LOBBY OF MY BUILDING. This happened the last time, when eggplant sauce leaked. PLEASE, PUT THE FOOD INTO 3 BAGS SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. If it happens again, I will not buy.——–I LOVE YOUR FOOD, BUT I CANNOT HAVE THIS MESS. You put 6 entrees into 1 bad and 1 in a 2nd bag. WHY? You should be more careful. I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY.

I had brought shrimp fried rice , it usually would had bean sprouts, onions but I had noticed no bean sprouts.So I called and the staff,cook was very disrespectful and said no more and something in her language..So I said to her to slow down ,English and asked , why no bean sprouts and she still being rude ..no more.. no more..Well, I guess my complaint is she spoke clear English when she took my money and being rude for wanting what I typically purchase from this carry out was just too much for her to handled. Good Customer service was just too much to ask for.these days.lol

I ordered combination lo mein and asked that vegetables like broccoli be added. They delivered the dish with ALL vegetables and zero meat. I paid for a meat dish! Then the dumplings had hair in the dough. I asked for a refund and they said no. Plus, they’re sending their driver back to pick up the vegetable lo mein as if I was lying about their mistake. Shame on this restaurant. Too bad that their food is actually tasty. However, it’s clear that their service is poor. I spent $33 on this place tonight and they treated me like a $2 customer.
