It’s sad to see so many bad reviews. I went to the location on Alexander and Rainbow, I don’t know if there are other locations. The woman Jen was very nice and cheerful. She and I had a bit of a conversation and she was very friendly. I thought the food was good and the place itself is very clean and well kept. The garlic holes(or whatever they are called) were bigger than I expected and very good.

Went in at around 10:20AM. From the outside it isn’t very appealing but once you walk in they have a really clean location nicely painted ample seating, TVs and huge booths. They also have a great oldies playlist just wish it was a little softer since the restaurant was dead it sounded louder then it actually was. Ordering was easy just took a while because we couldn’t decide on toppings. Pizza took about 20 minutes and came out piping hot! Review of pizza gave: the pizza gave us an old school feel of New York pizza which we haven’t had in years!!! The pepperoni pizza was sooooo delicious surprised how much flavor the pep and cheese had. Pizza had a lot of cheese! Nothing beats classic pizza❤️

One star down for the following; I called to place an order & they picked up the phone and was immediately placed on hold without hello or afternoon or anything. After 5 minutes on hold, I hang up & drove over to the place, walked inside & have been standing here for almost 45 minutes. Two people came in after me & received there orders (it’s possible that they ordered online) nevertheless I was quoted 25 minutes. I did come back in about 5 mins after I ordered & used the “check in” free order of garlic knots, nevertheless I’m not so sure that needs to require an additional 25-30 minutes on top of almost the 20minutes I’ve been waiting.

Ordered a Supreme 16′ in. Today had to wait longer then 45 minutes but it was worth the wait. Feeds two people everything on it was fresh smelled delicious and tasted bomb!! Will order again

The customer service is great!…we had a small hiccup with the drinks but we are all human and everyone makes mistakes. Food was great tasting and fresh. I would recommend coming here and will be back myself.

Eh, the pizza which cost extra $1 for using card was super greasy and taste like cardboard, so greasy it leaked through the box on on my car seat on my way home. Probably why it’s a pickup special, so it dont mess up their car lol. The staff you can hear them playing around in back makes me wonder if they wash their hands and nervous them horsing around by the food. Girl at counter try telling me everyone charges for using card. Um not true.

If I could give Zero stars I would ordered pizza and a salad for delivery. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later it shows up and the pizza is literally cold . And the salad is well look for yourself. Well the 40$ was worth the lesson learned never again.

Great pizza! We were in the area and got our usual pepperoni with jalapeño and were not disappointed. The crust was so soft and everything about it was just delicious. Friendly staff as well. Hope to return and try out more options!
