Prices increased which is fine. I would prefer fresh food if that is the case. Almost $17 for one plate is ok if food is fresh. Last few times I’ve come in at lunch or dinner time so they know people are coming.

My husband and I went there today around 2:20pm for a late lunch with our newborn and 2 year old. Got to the counter the woman asked how many we said 2 adults and a 2 year old. Without punching in anything into the computer she says 40 dollars. No tax… but the highest price on their menu inside said $15.15 and that was for dinner prices. She never asked about drinks. There was no children’s prices displayed so we asked how much for the 2 year old. (most places charge $2-$3) She goes 7.50. So we immediately stopped in our tracks as that made no sense, no where ever charges that much for a 2 year old not to mention the math wasn’t mathing. So we decided to just get a refund that she slammed onto the counter with an attitude and we went somewhere else. Seems to me that business was slow so they made up their own price for us when we walked in. Especially since she didn’t give us a reciet or even ask if we wanted one, but I guess how could you get a reciet when nothing was punched into the computer.

It wasn’t a bad buffet at all. $7.49 lunch buffet and the lady was very nice! Came at 12:15 and I could tell some food wasn’t made fresh. The rice was hard and potatoes were stale and oily. The Lo Mein was fresh and delicious! Dessert was also good but the sugar donuts were amazing. The restrooms were very gross. Will be back again, though!

Seated right away by two nice kids, there were three rows of buffet tables, I think we arrived too early (4:50pm on a Wednesday) as the offerings were scant (more was being put to out as we were leaving) and not too warm… probably leftover from lunch.

The food was okay. We came in around 1:30 so I’m sure a lot of the food was older. It didn’t seem fresh but I’m sure we were at the end of the lunch time rush. The thing that I found weird was that they automatically added a 20% tip to our bill. It was only my husband and I so it wasn’t a large crowd, and it’s a buffet… So we didn’t really need a lot of attention. I’m all for tipping generously, but I don’t want it to be mandatory. When we paid with our credit card the receipt still had another slot to fill in another tip. It seemed rather sneaky to me. I would not eat here again.
