Looks as if this is the last business left in this former shopping center. Even the Save A Lot next door closed. But although I had to give only 1 star for the deplorable location, not to mention the pot holes in the parking lot that could easily swallow a Smart car, the food is terrific. I definitely plan to return. Pot holes and all.

No stars for my rating. I ordered the crab ragoon I thought every chinese restraunt had them. The lady said the cheese one, me thinking cream cheese come in them!! Well it does and cream cheese and sugar horrible. I called to see wht they can do, they told me nothing and hung but in my face. I want be spending my money there anymore. Sad how they do us but we need to wake up and stop giving business like this our money. Went home and made my own crab, salt, cream chesse and wonton wrappers.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would!! I should’ve known from the funny smell when I walked in that the food would be bad. If you have had real Chinese food you would definitely agree that this food is beyond terrible!! I ordered $28 worth of trash….my children even asked what we were eating bc it tasted totally different from any Chinese food we’ve ever had. We ordered sesame seed chicken and General Tso chicken….even the lo mein noodles were terrible!! If I didn’t live so far from the restaurant I would’ve went back for a refund….unfortunately $28 worth of food went to waste….couldn’t even tough it out and just eat it!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Today was my first time eating at this restaurant, and it will be my last. I ordered two lunch plates but was over, charged when I asked the lady to correct the mistake she refused, so I asked for a full refund, but she said no. This place has no signs posted saying no refund it’s printed on the bottom of the receipt, so no matter how wrong they are you can not get your money back order corrected. PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time or money

My husband and I have been ordering through DoorDash for some time now. I ordered Cashew Chicken. They took out the veggies I requested, the food was good. Until yesterday (Feb 2) They ignored my veggie request, the celery was woody and there a few cashew pieces instead of the whole nuts. If this keeps happening, I will not order from Grand Wall again.

The customer service is very poor the food is never ready I asked the girl at the front counter did the air work because it’s always hot inside the store she told me to go stand outside if I’m hot. Super rude. I even call before I pick up my orders and the food still isn’t ready but after that disrespectful response I got today I will NEVER come back!
