I continue to come here because my family and I love the pizza and wings but the customer service is terrible. Don’t feel welcome at all. Same guy every time taking our order. Can we get a smile or a convo making us feel welcomed.

We ordered the two large pizzas with 25 wing combo. The price was competitive, but the pizza was just ok. Nothing really wowed me about the food. The topping on the pizza appeared counted. I want to support ma and pa local buiness but this place was basic at best. Service was terrible the boys taking the order sounded like a robot no personality.

It’s been quite a few years since we’ve had Grandpa’s pizza so when we looked it up online we were surprised to see prices close to what it was the last time we ate there. The pizza was still as delicious as it was the last time we had it. We also scarfed on some AWESOME wings as well.

Pizza is really good, wings are good but the quality of the wings are hit or miss. Ranch forget about it you get this tiny little cup with your order and they over charge for extra. I would like to see better specials for wing Wednesday and friendlier customer service. The cashier always has a blank expression I almost feel bad putting in a order because of it.
